My highest weight ever was 250. That was "it" for me....

I have a long way to go still but this time, I am more focused, more determined and I am finally at a place where I just LOVE to exercise....It makes me happy I hope I keep it up so one day I can be as teeny as Chantyl

Right after DD...But she was already 10 months old when I weighed that! I used breastfeeding as an excuse to eat apparently....

I refuse to get that big EVER AGAIN!!!

I did notice that I am wearing a jacket that last year I couldn't button because I may have popped out of it causing the buttons to fly off and possibly hurting someone's eye! Anyway, same jacket I am wearing today and I am SWIMMING literally in it! I can take both sides and go almost all the way around to my back (did I explain that right? )
(BTW - I need new clothes! LOL)

So altho' I still weigh PLENTY, those little things are what actually keep me from going TOO over board with foods (except on weekends! )

I'm 5'2", too, Pati Cakes! My heaviest was 224. I was 233 on the day I delivered DD. Within 2 weeks, I was down to 203 and feeling like losing the baby weight was going to be easy. Then, like you, I used breastfeeding as an excuse to eat (What, oatmeal is supposed to increase milk production? Well, I'll just eat a dozen oatmeal raisin cookies over the next couple of days....and repeat....and repeat...). *Sigh*

There will be four days of feasting next week. I must get through this! I am going to take everyone's advice here...just a little of this and a little of that...that's all...

Watching the scale go from the one hundreds to the two hundreds is shock enough to get you to eat on plan for at least a few days (at best) to get back down to the one hundreds...BEEN THERE DONE THAT SOOOOO MANY TIMES!

So Deb, does this mean you have a pretty easy day today at work? Which (I pray) means you'll be on more here (Yep, selfish me again ) ....

Today LCF is actually loading fast enough. Yesterday too!

Hey Deb, we are having our Thanksgiving luncheon today as well. I will just probably nibble on Turkey and some of the other meats that are not laden with sugar. I will probably eat before I go so that I won't be go over the top hungry. I really don't want to entertain any desserts until Thanksgiving day since that is actually my birthday. So good luck!
