Did not feel like eating much yesterday. I pretty much ate P2 foods, but had some 85% chocolate to keep me out of the hersheys kisses... lol Ended up around 900 cals, which really is not much food.

Down 3 pounds this morning!! So happy! I think I am keeping my body guessing by varying the amount of food I eat each day. It really does not know what the heck to do! One day around 1400, the next around 900. Then maybe 1600 or 2000, then back down to 800 or 900. It seems to be working very well with my HHCG. No appetite at all...lovin it!

You both are nuts!

I suck at keeping up with anything long term (ask my husband! )...I'll probably play around with the idea for a bit before I bite the bullet

Morning Shari! Wow you get up early too!

I grabbed my coffee straight out of bed, and forgot to weigh first! AGG!!! I hardly ever do that... I think last night was so strange because I only woke up one time. THAT NEVER HAPPENS! I usually am up at least 3 to 6 times a night because of the bathroom needs or my sinus's. So I was out of my routine... lol

Oh well, I shall weigh here in a bit and see what it is AFTER Coffee... I'm so silly...

Are you drinking (or were you) that coffee with cream? Let me live vicariously through you! *sigh* Oh how I miss my cream

BTW - I have a teen boy (17) who drives me up a wall at times. It has nothing to do with him being a bad kid cuz he isn't. He is just a huge prankster/jokester I also have a 5 yr old girl who acts 30 Her and her brother fight like they were close in age! No wonder I have so many gray hairs

Haha Pati! YES with cream indeed! yummmmmy...

Oh lord my teens are girls and I tell you what they are testing me like there was no tomorrow! My Mother loves to tell me that I am getting my paybacks! .. ( I hate when she is right! )

I have older boys, who were angels as teens...HAHA..ok not really, but they sure did not test me like these girls do! LORD LET ME LIVE to see them grow up and be productive members of society!...

Ok, so maybe I exaggerate some....
