Woke up today to a pound loss!!.. very happy about that, and I think my body enjoys the meat....

Did my ELIP workout and am still jelly legged even after my first week. IT IS HARD...

it was great. i shouldnt have had dessert. it was delish but my oh my oh my did the scale not agree with that. i woke up this morning not feeling so great, so its soup for lunch and dinner will probably be the same. I don't wanna be sick!
