WOE: seaching for the right plan for ME
Yesterday was an UP day for me... turned out that way... so I have no loss to report.. that is ok.... I think my body is just ready to maintain... I get that feeling that it is tired... and with the exercise, I wonder If that is keeping the number on the scale constant...

Eating the same as before, just added exercise and of course I am at a lower weight, so I probably don't need to eat AS MUCH... oh well... it has been wonderful so far, so I may just go with the status quo and continue exercise.. just see how things go and see if my muscles love me for it.. hope so!!....

IF I start to gain, I will re evaluate what to do.... for now I think I will join Marci in maintain land... of course I reserve the right to change my mind at any moment!.... My goal for now until after the holidays is to stay BELOW 200.. no matter what!.... then after that I want to blast off some major pounds... that MAY MEAN.. a few days of low low low... then on to the cycling.. I am not 100% sure right now...

Had some thoughts but not worth the aggravation...

Deb...I think jumping into exercise everyday like your doing will make your body feel tired as your not used to it, take a break or a day off if you need it, listen to your body. You have covered a few huge milestones this last week you made it too ONDERLAND and now made it your own you started exercising which is a huge deal. You know how to maintain I think your doing the right thing, give you body some time to get used to the big drop and exercise and eat some great foods.

Doubters are always the ones who dont try the thing but then pass judgement without knowing pretty much what there talking about, my message would be, give it a go before you comment on it, and if not then we dont need your negative opinion on it.

You are doing GREAT! You are working on what works right for you and only you and I know you will figure it out. You have also lost quite a bit of weight and maintaining is a good thing. doing great lady! I can't wait to start loading. I only hope and pray I have good results, but I will be patient with little losses as well as big ones.

Thank you Maggie!! you are very sweet and I appreciate it.. I do need to realize how far I have come in a relatively short time and just appreciate it.. I need to thank the old bod for hanging in there with me...

I agree, Deb, that maybe your body does need a short break. Good luck with whatever you decide, and kutgw on the exercise! I've always heard that there's no magic bullet for good health, but the one thing that comes the closest is exercise. It does so many good things for your body, so feel good about that!

I've done them before but not while taking HCG. Just as a correction day.
I have not eaten anything as of yet and will eat a few in a little while.

Ok, I know where Chantyl is so where is PATI today??... huh?? come on you can't work that much can ya?...

So this morning was my last dose for a bit... I am doing yet another experiment to see if I can stabilize while not taking the drops and eating my way... we shall see!...

oh well enjoy!! yeah me too.. not right to have a holiday in the middle of a workweek... although I did have to work.. my hubs didn't and it just feels wierd that it isn't Friday today...

I can see you light up when you talk of your son.. that is awesome!!... So did you make it through the rest of the night ok? I had my hamburger and it was wonderful. I also had no veges.... oh well....

Woke up today to a pound loss!!.. very happy about that, and I think my body enjoys the meat.... Did my ELIP workout and am still jelly legged even after my first week. IT IS HARD...
