Thanks Dessa!!... we try to have fun while tackling the huge job of weight loss.... My SCALE SUCKS..... I even kicked it and it still said I was 200 pounds.............

I hope I make it to 200lbs this round...I really trully do, I can't begin to tell you how much that would mean to me. 200lbs was my "evil" weight like 230 is now before I got pregnant. But I did break through and lost back then. This 230 is really starting to feel almost impossible to get out of, but i know that's a lie. If I'm in completely virgin hcg territory by thanksgiving I'll keep going for a long round if the momentum continues.

Ok, so 13 min on the eliptical today...... it still is HARD.. my legs shake like a bowl full of jello!.... But I DID IT... so I am happy.. tomorrow.. 14 minutes....

I just went back to the beginning of this journal and realized I almost ended it on page 3.... thanks to Sheryl, Sunny, Colleen and Brenda for being here the first 3 pages!.....

It was PATI who yanked me back in on page 4 and it snowballed from there...I all of you!!!!

oh and about the elliptical... that's another machine i'm frightened of. i have only been on one once or twice...and it wasn't a positive experience. 13 mins is amazing!

Well if you were going to do the VLCALS of 500 or so, they recommend you LOAD like a piggy so you won't be hungry. HOWEVER, if you are just going to be doing your own plan, you don't HAVE to load. I liked to load because I could eat things I knew I was not going to eat for awhile.. like GOODIES... Up to you though.

modified hcg diet

im doing hhcg sublingual about 300 total per day which is 1 ml

just to see if i understand you, you do the hcg protocol but increase calorie intake with permissible foods or you add your own lcf for a total of permissible calories? what foods do you play around with that are different that the protocol? also, what happens when you reach phase 3 what diet do you follow then. if you can give me a menu idea of a couple of days and i can tweak it a bit to suit me wow that would help . im at a 16 lb stall and im ready to give up and maybe try it again but i will surely feel like i failure if i abandon the diet now so ill decide after i receive your reply. thanks fayee
