yea... i wouldn't turn it down either...of course, in my line of work NOBODY has this problem! lol

i recently did a presentation to a group of social service providers and two of them came up to me after to see if THEY were eligible for services. Of course they are front line staff and probably not degreed but they are working in a noble capacity and doing important work, yet, they aren't making any money. i felt soooo bad.

Ok, so I REALLY wanted to hit ONEDERLAND today... I thought I had it!.. BUT the darn scale stopped at 200... no matter how many ways I leaned on the scale.... AH WELL.. what can I do?

I will take it.. 7.8 for the week, since I gained those 2 pounds last Sunday morning... I have eaten as follows..
Monday--- 740 cals mostly P2 with extra protein
Tuesday--1000 cals with an extra serving or two of protein and veges
Wed--- 1559 cals with several things I probably should not have included
Thurs-- 1224 cals... I tried to be strict and just couldn't it was a rough day. HUNGRY
Fri-- around 1300 cals, maybe more. I felt more in control because I cut out the carbs...only had a salad for veges and that was not tasty, so no more.

TODAY?.. don't know but most likely VERY LOW CARB... I want that sugar monster to stay away from me, and I WANT TO HIT ONEDERLAND TOMORROW!!!..

Hey, don't feel bad! Elliptical workouts are nothing to sneeze at! My very first time on an elliptical (end of July, when I joined a gym), I got on for about 6 minutes and felt like I was going to die! My legs were jello when I got off of it! I wouldn't have stayed on for that long if there hadn't been a skinny-minnie on one right beside me and I refused to look like a TOTAL loser! You'll quickly build up endurance and stamina, though. I can do 2 miles now like it's no problem.

12 minutes is more than an acomlishment when I could run for 40 minutes straight, I still couldnt even do 2 minutes on the Elliptical I feel it in my knees and cant do it, so I pass on it. It is a great workout though!!!

Deb, you did awesome this week, while eating more than 500 cals. You'll definitely see onederland tomorrow - no worries. The elliptical is hard, but it burns lots of cals. 12 minutes is excellent. I'm proud of you... when I first started using the ellip, I could only do 5 minutes. Now I can do 60 mins with no problem... once you get use to it, you'll fall in love with the machine.

Have a super duper saturday
