(unless i start gaining, then i'll do the protocol as written) if things go well, i may continue until i'm firmly in the size pants i want to be in (then figure out maintenance). we shall see! just wanted to let you know, you're not alone in the experimenting.
Hi Chanty! So glad you stopped by to tell me this!! thank you!!! So happy to hear I am not alone!.. I will be watching your experiment too.. good luck and I hope for awesome results!!! YEAH!!

I decided to give adding some fun back into my life this weekend and went to a tailgate with the hubby and friends.. we had a blast.. so much fun that I had not allowed myself in a long time. Of course this did include margaritas that I have not had for some time either!

Today I am up 2 pounds over my low on Friday, but I very conciously know what it is. Margaritas and lots of mexican food. I think I recorded here in my journal that last time I had this, I also had a gain. I know I cannot drink and not retain water weight, so I was totally prepared for it. I am also finally not worried about it. It will be off soon and was worth it!!

I probably had well over 3000 calories yesterday and Friday. I don't like to eat that much, and I was not hungry. So today is VLCD. I just don't want to eat. Drink lots of water, eat clean, and tomorrow I am back where I was. That is what normally thin people do, compensate. Here I go!!

Hiya Sheryl!

Well so far so good, even with my indulge days yesterday and part of Friday, I am back where I was during the day time. I consider that wonderful since before HHCG, I would have gained 5 pounds and added to it today!!...

I have no hunger at all, I did not expect to after all that food and drink yesterday, but this is the kind of NO HUNGER I felt when loading.. I guess yesterday's food was of the loading variety so makes sense.

Now there is no way I am going to get in more than 900 calories today. I am stuffed from my P2 chili, watermelon, coffee/cream, 4 oz of chicken breast, and I think that is it. I can't imagine being able to eat another thing tonight.

In the past this would not happen. So I KNOW HHCG is an appetite suppressant. IT JUST IS......... Nobody will ever convince me otherwise.. I mean that in a good way of course, if it circulates the fat and THAT is how the appetite goes away, then I'm all for it! Does Not Matter! it WORKS!!!

Congrats!! Lucky you!! I tried to add extra protein and still lost but smaller than the other days. It could be that my body resists going into a new decade or I'm just not one of those ones that can eat off protocol. I think I'll try experimenting once in the 150's though. Congrats on entering a new decade!!

If I was as close to goal as you are, I may feel the same way about adding things. You just want to get it done!!. Just think of this though, .6 at your weight, is more like what anyone could expect in a WEEK of a regular diet...

Thanks Shari, I seem to be more lax on the weekends, and enjoy more food, but my ultimate goal is to lose the fat so I reel it back in during the week. Right now this is working, and when it doesn't I will adjust again..

The thing that I will NOT CHANGE is the HHCG. It is the reason this is working for me. There is no doubt in my mind, and I have done it long enough now to be a believer......

Today's food is my boring usual stuff... so I won't bother listing it.. P2 foods with little extra to keep me sane...and satisfied..

Congrats!!!! I haven't seen that number in 10 years...can't wait to see the 220's. I think my body is going to fight with me to let go of the 240's. It's seems I stall at the same weight (248.4) everytime I diet... I got to get out of the 240's before TOM rolls around.

Morning Deb!

I still sit here in awe (jaw dropped to the floor) that you are so rockin' this with the hhcg and more cals! You are doing FANTASTIC!

Do you plan on going off of the hhcg and stabilizing? How would you go about doing that?

I may need to pick your brain later if you don't mind but would love your honest opinion.

Thanks Girl!

Well I stabilized once just fine off the HHCG. I tried it again a few weeks ago, and I can stabilize fine, but I am hungry again! I hate hunger with a passion!! ...

I am however, going to take at least a week or two break at some point, just to prove to myself that I can live without it...lol.. After all, I don't plan to go to my grave asking the nurse for my HHCG drops...

I will most likely take that time to stabilize, then move on to losing again, which is much more fun, and I have a long long way to go...

well missC, I stalled for a long time in the 50's it seemed. YOU WILL BREAK IT! it may just take some time and /or tweaking to do it. Hang in tight, this works for everyone! I swear it. The office is losing fat left and right around here.. even for people (like me) who were stuck for a couple of years...

Hi Colleen! Yes, that is exactly how I felt this weekend, it was just worth it! So yeah for you!! It will come off and you will be in ONEDERLAND soon!

I had a loss of just less than a pound this morning, nothing to sneeze at, but not what I would like. I ended up eating much more than I thought I felt like yesterday. No hunger, just thought I should eat some dinner. Really, did I need it? Um no. Calories came in around 1450.

I think this is where we have to be more careful. Yes, we CAN, but we also want the results... so it is a tradeoff. The wonderful thing is that we get to make that decision!
