I wish I had a scale that weighed like yours does. Mine weighs in .5 lb increments so I didn't see a loss (or gain) this AM! I am even steven! Damn melbas I brought a grissini today

woot woot for Onederland!!!!! I'm with Pati, i think you will be there this weekend. I'm back on the juice today folks. I don't know why i decided to load, i don't know how neccessary i think it is, but i DID want some apple pie and ice cream. lol...it was really good. But i'm so bloated its ridiculous! I'm in the office ALL Day (unless something comes up) so i may get to chit chat today with my lovely friends!

i ate my chili with ritz crackers...i forgot how much i LOVED them. I never had melba...we bought the grissini which i found quite substantial, and unfortunately delish. after a while though, i quit eating them. they only taste really good when you're starving yourself.

You know what tho, I found the lc version of the crackers sooooo good too...
Gosh, I think I made them with almond meal and mozzarella? It's a really easy recipe but ohhhh so good....
