Whewwwwwwwwwwwwwww... I made it past the candy monster!! That was tough! .. but I was rewarded with a 3.6 loss today, so I will take it!..

I was not 100% on Protocol, but I was 100% on my plan... so I am happy!.. I'll be back later to check in, must get ready for work!

Ok, made it to work..... I'm such a wonderful employee......

What I figured out last night to get me through really worked. IF I WANT TO HAVE IT tomorrow, I can, but how about making it through tonight and see what the scale says instead? Then tomorrow, if I still want it, I will make the concious choice to have it. No feeling bad, no beating myself up is allowed.

It worked, I went to bed. This morning do I want that candy? HECK NO. If that situation comes up again, I will use the same tactic.

So how is everyone today? Ready to go?

Good Morning P2 Buddie!!

I didn't make it past the candy. I ate four squares before placing the rest in the garbage disposal, .

I wasn't 100% on protocol either, but I'll try my best today. I plan to eat more protein + veggies on the days I do cardio (max cals 800).

I released 3.4 overnight and I'm thrilled!!!

Here's to a successful day on plan .

I had temptations....I had cupcakes left from my daughter's school party and OMG! I sprinted past the kitchen to get to my room to get away from them!

I changed, poured me a huge cup of coffee and that seemed to do the trick for me like it always does.

BTW - I am STARVING right now but I am trying to save my food for lunch!

Well my eats for yesterday were this:
Coffee with cream
Chicken and cucumbers... lunch
Chicken and cabbage soup... my version... cuz I also add tomatoes
Half Grapefruit
Strawberries
TEA, 2 diet cokes
SALAD with fat free Italian. I wanted CANDY, had salad instead.

I did not weigh my evening chicken with my cabbage soup.. but I know it was more than 3.5 oz. My lunch chicken was 3.5 because I always have 2 tenders, and that is what they weigh.

So overall, NOT too bad, but I did mix my veges, I had cream in my coffee, I had diet coke, and salad dressing and extra protein. STILL LOST!...

you know I am going to pick your brain and ask questions! (I want to follow suit ) ...

Cream? Do you mean HWC? I LOVE LOVE LOVE HWC with coffee. It's like a dessert for me (I add sucralose). Anyway, my issue is that my coffee mug (cup) is HUGE and I add alot of cream. Is your serving a normal person serving? You know a regular coffee cup?

Wow...I guess I was actually following protocol 100%. My menu is boring AND so lil' in comparison! I wanna eat like you! *pouting*

That is right, don't worry girl, you DO know better! If anything, you could allow your poor body some protein.... I am pretty sure it won't interrupt your progress... really!!!...

I should have a normal (human sized) cup as a treat then black the rest of my coffee throughout the day...hmmm...that sounds like a plan
