Ok, sorry I am late this morning! I don't work today and am off for the Weekend for my Sister's Reunion. Well the loss from yesterday stuck so since last Saturday, I have lost 6.6 pounds!

I know it is a not Protocol like loss but I was eating an average of 1500 cals/day. Excellent food, and junky food. So I WILL TAKE IT!! I don't have much time and won't until Sunday evening, so I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and weekend!!

Kandi I am eager to see if the real HCG is worth the change. I really don't have any complaints with what I use, but could always be persuaded to try the real "juice". lol! Have a good night

Deb! Omg! What an amazing loss. I am so jealous! TOM showed up two weeks early so I will not be weighing in this weekend. It just frustrates me when I don't see the scale go down. I'll take a peek on Monday and let you all know how I do. Today was a medium cal day with around 1200 mostly fat and protein and under 30 carbs. Tomorrow will be a high cal day. I want to keep it under 2000. This will be the highest day I have had since starting HHCG so I hope that my body handles the increase of calories well. I am sure it will, but I must say that I am a bit nervous. So far since starting the experiment I am down 4 lbs. This is the same amount of weight I was averaging on VLCD strict protocol.

I can't wait to hear what you think about switching up for hhcg to rx. I am on the rx, but I plan to do 2 rounds straight thru of rx and then 1 round hhcg then back to rx. I have read a couple places that if you take the rx sublingually you don't build up a tolerance like with the injections

I was wondering if I should skip a day each week. I don't really want to but I will read more up on it.

I never thought of skipping 1 day week. Is that the way they do it with the Releana? I started my rx on Sept. 24 & ended up doing 3 load days and from the 24th to today I am down 14.4Ibs and I have never done 100% protocol.

How are you planning on mixing it? I found a mix that is supposed to be like the Releana brand on a blog & it seems to be working good.

I have no idea how they do the releana. But in P&I, Dr. S says that if the patient requires over a 23 day round they can delay the onset of immunity if they skip one day a week. Or something like that.
