I am here I weighed 220.6 this morning. Still 4.6 over my lowest.. but as long as I see a downward trend I will be happy. That mean I released 1.6 from yesterday.

Still hanging around! Very stable on P3 so far ... not an ounce up or down. Still working out my 'new plan' and trying to decide when to go back. Loving P3 this time and need it. Maybe my new plan will be so rockin I won't even NEED a P3 again!

Kandi... that is wonderful, it is great that we know what to do to fix things, so it takes a while, you will get there! It's all an experiment.. no matter what we are doing..

Oh gosh, sorry about your brother

I can definately relate to poor Dad though! My Dad is in construction ( still is at 73 ) and he always wanted at least ONE boy.. just wasn't meant to be, and we were not interested in building houses... poor Dad..

On a brighter note, he did have 6 grandson's and they have all worked for him at one point or another.. so he was happy...

Is it the 'crack slaw'? Or something new?

No not the slaw but I would like to know how it is made!

It is the fact that I ADD cabbage to my soups to bulk it up and it really is good.

SIMPLE and good

For Chicken, I take my portions of chicken that I am going to divide it into, like 6 servings and cook that up in a pot with some chicken broth. Add lots of spices to taste. I add Chili powder, red and black pepper, salt, chipolte pepper... get the idea, it is spicy....

Then I cut up a whole head of cabbage and add it in, along with a couple of cans of Rotel Tomatoes with no sugar added. Let it cook until the cabbage is soft and there you go! Some really tasty soup.

For Hamburger I do basically the same thing.

I portion it out and freeze several containers for the week. Beef comes out to around 150 cals/serving and the Chicken stuff comes out to around 128 / serving.. adjust for however much meat you use...

Sounds yummy! I think there are several variations of the famous 'crack slaw' in the recipe section here. I use broccoli slaw in mine.

DD21 and I eat crackslaw at least weekly. Also Sharitaki noodles (40 cals for the whole bag!)

Here is my Crack Slaw recipe:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 pound of coleslaw mix
1-2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Splenda, or equivalent sweetener
1 thinly sliced jalapeno pepper (I use hot pepper flakes instead)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

If starting with fresh beef, lightly brown and drain most of the fat. Add all remaining ingredients and stir fry until cabbage is tender.

Heyyyyy Deb
You can even use broccoli slaw with this! I very often use a whole head of cabbage to make it for the family then put the CarbHeads portions over rice. They call it CrackSlaw cause it is sooooo yummy.
