I feel kinda sluggish and actually am finding it really extremely difficult to stay on plan today.

This may actually be MY experiment next week to see how that goes.
As several of us experimentors have found out, we MUST DISCIPLINE ourselves if we want to lose weight/inches. The child in me wants to throw a tantrum when I hear that....

We all know what triggers us and somehow we have to work it in or around our experiment... so good luck and I know you will figure out what works for YOU!!!!

ANY HCG with alcohol in it is not as effective. NEVER buy HCG without asking if it has alcohol in it. Alcohol totally destroys HCG and makes it less effective. Don't forget to take the sublingual B12 - it really helps.

Cshyla, are you talking rx hcg or hhcg? My first bottle had alcohol in it, my second didn't. I couldn't tell much difference in the weightloss except I lost more with the first (with alcohol) because I had more to lose. I agree with the B-12 tho.

Curiousity has gotten me because my HHCG contains 16% alcohol. It is Mediral.

WOW that is one heck of a family! It does sound fun.. are there any brothers? I have no brothers, and I actually work with one of my sisters.. the rest are all over the US.

Yes indeed this journal is busy today, I love it, but I sure didn't get as much work done as I should have... whooopss..

The Natural Health Labs contains alcohol, and many people recommended that brand to me.

I've switched to Intermountain (because it contains B-12 and some other stuff that's supposed to aid in weight loss/energy/appetite suppression), and it does not have alcohol. It tastes awful, though. I thought the NHL ones tasted like Vodka. Mmmm....vodka drops, lol.

I really like it. It is really cheap too. I haven't had any problems with it at all and plan to use it throughout my course. What is the name of the youtuber using mediral?

LOL @ vodka, sounds like there was a lot of alcohol in NHL! I thought I would get ahead of the game and so went to the nutrition store today and bought sub lingual methylcobalamin (B12/5000 mcg) today. I was unsure of the dosage so cracked one in half which is still a high dose. Might look around for what other folks take. Might have been in my head but I sure got a lot done today without my usual "omg I need a nap" scenario!

Morning everyone.. had a mid day yesterday just over 1200 cals, did not peek at the scale today.... Today is a low day.. which I hope to do until the weekend..

I see the thread is moved to the HCG forums, so please don't stop posting there, lots of people need our support who can't follow Simeons to a "t".

Have lots of work today, so I will be off soon, but checking back, (hard to stay away sometimes)

Wow Deb 218.8 !! You amaze me!

So I am back from the dead- or near dead having been so sick this weekend that I dont even remember having a weekend. (Flu).

Ok so...."they" moved the other thread, did "they" rename it too? Luckily I was still subscribed to it or I would have freaked!

I'm doing Low days until the weekend too. At least thats my plan.

Nope, I just feel I'm not a rebel because I haven't tried it yet. Still trying to stabilize in P3 first. I'm thinking that I will give it a go after some time and if it doesn't work then I'll either do another round () or LC it as initially planned. All just rumbled thoughts for now

Plus work has been extremely busy. Waiting for a conference call in a few minutes then I'm out in the community for most of the day.
