I agree Deb. When I was doing (fill in the blank) program I would eat pretty much on plan during the week and have one day of whatever I wanted....it worked for me for a very long time. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue with that. I just hate the idea of NEVER having X, Y or Z ever again....I love carbs...just do.....would hate to never be able to have them ever....but like you said....this is an experiment...so we'll see. And a loss is a loss...even if it's small.

Deb send some of that Discipline my way! I cant seem to find it lately.

I need to cook up some VLC food and not look in the Employee Dining Room or stop at any stores.

That is so right!!!!!!! I love carbs too and cannot see myself NEVER having things again... this is why I am trying to keep some carbs in every day to make sure that I can... and still lose.. Most of the time they don't seem to be a problem, I just EAT TOO MUCH! ..so I have to back off on that.. I just HAVE TO... you go Colleen!!!! you have the right attitude in my opinion..

After bathroom break down to 220.2...

OH SUNNY!... whatever discipline I can find, I really have to ration it... I will try to make it multiply though and I'll send you some clones...

All we can do is pick it up and move on ... I agree about cooking up some VLC foods and avoiding temptation... at least a few days a week!!!..

I've been reading the HCG threads and I really should not be doing that.. It is taking every bit of resolve that I may have to keep my big mouth shut...or my posting fingers....
