ive seen through some PM's that the doubt is on....
that's ok, not a problem. I have no reason to lie, I'm not selling anything... I don't have a website...nor will I EVER.... ![]() Not trying to do anything but lose this darn fat... nothing else... what works for me works.. and that is all... it's really not that deep..... I love when folks try to be sneaky.. it shows insecurity.. ![]() Today so far has been really tough to eat... don't know why? Just no hunger at all.. Coffee with cream half a turkey sandwhich on low carb bread with mustard 2 diet dr peppers 1 cucumber 2 oz of chicken.. tried to eat more!! half grapefruit 1 oz motz cheese a mess load of water!! Just a real weird eating day.. I was trying for 2000, I don't think I'm going to make it unless I have a giant cookie from Panera's again, or 2 ![]() |

I heard about HCG and weightloss in the 1970s at a military hospital, of all places and they did NOT follow a set diet except for it being calorie restricted. 1200 if I remember rightly!

I can't believe people are going OUT OF THIER WAY to bash the WOE you are chosing to do... unbelievable.
My intentions of doing a combo of hi/lo cal days isn't going too well.. Mine seem to all be high. Hope I lose in the morning.. I just ate steak, onions, red peppers, and almost a whole avacado. |

That is the thing about this experiment. We all tend to go a bit WILD when the freedom is there.. so of course our weight is going to be all over the place... This is where the DISCIPLINE has to come in!!!.. I am guilty of eating way too much on the weekends, and most of the time I gain or stand still... then I HAVE to discipline myself to get way back down there on calories during the week. That seems to be the way this works for me..
Sunday I think I had almost 3000 cals... it was just ridiculous.. because I was not that hungry.. Monday 724.. lost 2.. Tues back up some in cals .. did not lose.. Wed..yesterday... I was not hungry and SHOULD have not eaten much, but I did NOT discipline myself and ate last night when I knew better! I only had a .2 loss. I ended up over 1900 cals yesterday. DUMB!! because I know I should have just gone to bed... I would have been very satisfied with 1000 cals. THAT is what Chantyl and I were talking about a while back. We love the freedom of eating, but MUST still discipline ourselves to LOSE. If we don't we get a nice big standstill.. and that is FINE for MAINTAINING!!! but not for losing.... which is my goal.. duhhh... ![]() Today I am going to go LOW again. I am not hungry, I have that mini load from last night.. lol so LOW CALS today. Hopefully it will push the water out of me.. So don't fret girls, you know what works for you and if you can eat what you like a day or two a week, but really buckle down the other days, that might be the key to getting this fat off.... experiment continues... |
