Hi girls! Guess who is officially part of the 50 pound club as of this morning? ME! I am at 216.6.. lost one pound.

YES! they are correct.. I have followed Adam since day one on American Idol and thought he was a wonderful singer of course.. but more than that, he is a fantastic person!

I have been to 3 of his concerts this year, and I met him once, he could not be nicer and more sweet... therefore.. he is now my adopted son.....

Here here!!! Same here and it feels good that we are able to relate to our struggles without getting the 3rd degree. 3rd degree doesn't work for me even tho well meaning. But hearing someone else is going through the same and their determination to find a way that works for them and not giving up is sooo encouraging.

That is wonderful to hear! I am with you on the 3rd degree thing.. it has NEVER worked for me......
