Did you try it on P2? I say it now, cuz I really like it, but I may only get a bit into it and have to have oxygen... That's ok though, I have to do something about this lump of fluff all over my body...

Thanks Pati, I really do feel better today, thank god.. I figured I was taking wayyyyyyyyyy to large of a dose, but I just followed the instructions.. turns out they are for a dose of 200 IU. TOO MUCH for me!

Pati you know me all too well!!!... I do want to at least give it a shot, so today is a P2 day. So far so good, not hungry yet. I really think it is the dose.. that is what everyone is saying on the other sites I have visited.

Thanks for the support ladies, I know it will get better, I am being a baby...appreciate you all!!!

ROFL ... hey there is nothing wrong with whining! LOL. Losing /gaining weight makes you whin, it is a symptom. you cannot control it. So go ahead have at it. What worse, is holding how your feeling in, and not dealing with it. Acknowledging something lets you move forward. someone said.. its your journal anyway so say what ya feel right..

now i am gonna whin in your journall too.... rofl!

i have figured out that i have to track my loses daily/weekly. why? because the 4lbs i lost, i gained 2lbs back. But, i realized that i did the same thing the week before. But by the end of the week i had still lost 8lbs. So for me i think the weight loss averages out at the end. So i have figured out not to be upset by small gains as long as the next day i go back down. which i did today back down .8lb. i am still drinking my coffee with cream.. so i am glad i didnt have to change that.

oh Deb, i do have to give you a thumbs up for the BP being down/and you sleeping better. I know from family experience that when you dont sleep bad things can happen.its important for body function and for losing weight,, you NEED sleep. So if nothing else its good your getting that benefit. 2lbs is nothing to sneeze at.. i know you know that, but i just thought I throw that in there..

hope everyone is having a great day! enjoy your journey!

THANK YOU!!! Marva... glad you understand! I am happy you are figuring out your weight ups and downs too... It can be so depressing to see a gain, esp when we are not eating more than a hill o beans... but keeping in mind the body is not a machine, and will lose again, is helpful!

So I am not going to sweat todays puny loss, I will just hope for more by weeks end. I know that I didn't really have much water weight to lose, since I have not been really carbing up lately. I ate well on my loading days, but it was mainly protein and fat. SOOOOOOOOOOO thanks for the pep talk hon!!

I am also very happy that my BP and sleeping has improved so much lately. I was honestly up every hour at night before this. Sometimes I would wake up and my heart would be racing... like I was trying to catch a breathe... so this is really helping me... My morning BP has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY...

I hope by the time I am done with my shots, that I have lost enough weight to be able to continue with better BP numbers and sleeping well..

Have a great night my friends!!!!

Ok day 2 down, and load weight gone... yeah!! minus 3 this morning, I DID add some extra protein and veges last night, I just wanted food... at least it was not candy...

Pati you are right about me... I just have such an adverse dislike for strict anything... so I am rogue and I guess that is just me.. I accept it and I released 3 more pounds.. so it is all good...

Now we will see if that sticks tomorrow. I have no time, I am running late.. so I will check in later.. have a GREAT DAY!!!

It's a difficult job this eating thing but *sigh* what is one to do

Seriously stuck at my weight! Every morning I wake hoping and praying I don't have to do a correction day and so far that scale has been nothing but super sweet to me

I'm counting down the days to start losing again tho....I would love to take off 15 more pounds before summer and call it a day at least til then.

Any weekend plans?!?

How's P2 treating you?

What's weird is that I am not even counting cals like we should be. I just EAT. I eat like I used to on Atkins (but actually more )...

I hope I don't have to start counting cuz I'll be bummed out! So far so good.

I am doing my loading on 4/23 & 4/24 (WHAT BETTER WEEKEND THAN EASTER?!?!? )

What I am debating is do I go 500 cals on my own (what ever foods I choose to eat so long as the cals stay in order) or do STRICT protocol once more?
Still thinking about it...

Hi girls, just got back from taking my daughter to the doc. what did I miss?..

Pati that is really awesome how you can eat whatever and maintain. I was like that for a long long time too... until the darn steriods!! GRRRRR.. no more of those I hope!!

Keep up what you are doing!! So you are starting a round easter... perfect!!! I think you should experiment.... of course!!!

Why not? you can give it a try and if you don't think it is working for you, then you KNOW what does work right?

No big plans this weekend for me, it's supposed to be 92 degrees tomorrow!!! YIKES!.. not ready for that hot so soon... poor plants don't know what to think as it is...

I thought counting cals would be a pain, but it's not... I'm not counting every little thing, just main foods. I pretty much eat the same foods over and over again, so I already know the cal/carb content, lol.

Okay, so you'll be loading again in two weeks?! Sweet! I can't to read about your progress .

Pati, i feel you on the strict protocol. When i restarted p2 last weekend i thought i was gonna be completely strict. But realized when my pay period fell and had to eeat what was in the house. So even though i am eating the protein/veggie, i am eating brocolli, i have eaten green peppers, and omg i have mixed them together. I think my protein is more like 150 gm instead of 100. But i do just have the 1 fruit for breakfast, and 1 fruit for my snack.
The only change i have really made that I notice a difference is that I eat earlier, so I stop eating probably 3-4hrs b4 bed which I wasnt doing b4. I think for me this maybe making a difference. I am still losing i think about .5-1lb aday still. So for me its working even without being so strict.
