Hey Cookie, copied this from my journal:

It's somewhat similar to low carb with the meat and veggie part but less fat. Overall the basic plan is that you have 2 servings of a fruit, 2 servings of a probiotic (I'm eating yogurt), 2 servings of added natural fat (like 2tbsp of olive oil or flaxseed oil), unlimited lean meat and veggies each day plus 17 min of some form of an exercise. If nothing else, after 17 days of doing this you are really cleaning out your system..it detoxes during the first phase and causes rapid weight loss. You move to the 2nd phase after 17 days to add more food in then rotate the phases from day to day to keep the body guessing (similar to calorie-cycling).

I ordered it 3/28 and got it today. I was really surprised since it said when I ordered it would not be available to ship until 4/18. No idea why??

It would have been horrible to mix, but I found a site that gave me grade school instructions... so I got it pretty easy... Now the shot itself, ouch. I don't like watching that needle go in my FLUFFY belly... but I did it..

It would have been horrible to mix, but I found a site that gave me grade school instructions... so I got it pretty easy... Now the shot itself, ouch. I don't like watching that needle go in my FLUFFY belly... but I did it..

No, I did not pinch.. that helps?... It didn't really HURT as in pain, it was just really a weird feeling, since I have never used a needle on myself before... I am sure it will get easier... NERVOUS? UM YEAH!..

Window opens, mouth opens, in goes... The biggest yummiest burger I can find here.. with onion rings and fried mushrooms.. well, I like them...

Then I am gonna have some cake.. and ice cream.. and then pizza, and steak later... and and ... LOL I really don't know.. I just know it will be alot of food, and I won't feel guilty if it is not low carb...

more low carby but much less than i would on atkins. I couldn't stomach more p2 food. I have only had coffee with h&h so far.

L - will be cucumbers with lime/salt and probably a protein of sorts in the cafeteria. I'm thinking of going with the turkey slices.

D - Steak? Zucchini (oh how I missed zucks!!!) (this is what I want not necessarily what I SHOULD be eating but I'm keeping the portions pretty small)

HAHA Pati, that's ok, I am old, maybe I just don't remember that part... or I blocked it out so I could still do it....

Your food sounds FINE!.. keeping the portions small should accomplish what you are trying to.. don't blame you on the P2 foods, I am just going on auto pilot this round and eating it, not gonna think about it too much. That is when I get sad and miss my real food...

So no loss/gain.. perfect!!!! Keep it up girl, you are gonna be ready for another round when I get done here.... I am thinking of doing the long round, but knowing ME, I won't be able to... so we shall see... I got enough stuff to do a long round or another round soon after..

I have never pinched myself when giving my self a shot. The shots do make me bruise, but they don't hurt. Next Monday is going to be my last injection day. Then 3 days of VLC and no injecting. I was weighing in this morning at 242.8. My stats so far:

started loading 2 Saturdays ago so this info is for 16 days:

weight: 242.8
weight before load: 255
weight after load: 257
net lost: 12.2
gross lost: 14.2

Not sure if I posted this in here or not, but I did have some coconut oil last night. Didn't really measure but would estimate around 2 tsp. I lost a pound overnight. Over the weekend I had Coffeemate SF Hazelnut cream in my coffee, I still lost. Today I have a thing of Greek Yogurt for lunch instead of meat. I weighed in at 241.something when I got home. Hope the loss sticks with me thru tomorrow.

YEAH!! Kandi, I know I am going to have cream in my coffee and diet sodas. I know that much for sure, so I am still a rogue...

I pigged out like a crazy demon yesterday.. no appetite suppression for me YET. OMG.. anyway, I'll report tomorrow where I start weight wise, but today is not a good number..
