WOE: seaching for the right plan for ME
So I posted this is in Kandi's journal... and I will put it here...

Thanks Kandi! And guess what? IT WORKED!! ok, 2.2 but I was happy because honestly I have been eating ANYTHING I wanted this week, as long as I kept it to my 5 hour window, and did not stuff myself. I like the feeling of being NOT FULL. I like being in control.

I am preparing for my round of RX HCG by getting all the foods out of the way that I want to eat. I figure I won't be craving them during my 3 weeks, if I allow them now... ( will that work? Who knows? ) but In my mind it is going to... THE SECRET!!! JON GABRIEL! ... manifest what your mind can imagine...

Now for those wondering why I am going to do a round of RX, it is because of my dear DIL Pati... I want to see if the effects FOR ME are as great as they are for her... may not be, may be. Either way, I just want to know. I need to sleep during the night, I have heard from so many others, that they sleep much better. I also want to see if my hunger is gone. I struggled with that on HHCG. ( hence my experiment )

Another nice side effect of RX is reduced blood pressure. Well I need that too.. mine is not real high, but it is getting close. I know losing more weight will help also. ANYHOOO, this will be my next experiment as soon as I receive the product.

No, I don't think I am going to do a different journal or change the name of mine... If you are reading my journey, then you understand what the heck I am doing.. or maybe not...

Hope all of you have a wonderful day!!!!

Deb and Friends

Deb, I didn't know hcg would help with blood pressure. And please get a hold of that as soon as you can. Take care of you babe...

BTW - I do sleep WONDERFULLY on this stuff. I LOVE IT!!

OK. 19VLCDs and 18.5lbs down Today I upped my protein. Not doubled but my piece of steak was 5oz. It was so yummy and what I needed! We'll see what the scale says about this tomorrow.

I AM ALMOST DONE!!!!! Can you believe this? I actually made it to the finish line! WOOT WOOT!

Well, I hope you all have a wonderful day!

P.S. Deb, you better link us to your new journal or else

HI darlin!!! Well good for you!!! outstanding losses this round!!! WOW.. I can't believe you are almost done, seems like you just got started!! Well to me it does.. I know when you are actually doing it, it seems a lot slower...

I guess I will just stay in this journal, where everyone can find us... I'll just make it CHAPTER 2.. RX ..

I know I have a home blood pressure monitor and normally my blood pressure is around 130/70. When I get stressed or go to the doc it goes way up.. to like 149/98. That is when I get skeered... but it never lasts .. it is only while I am at the docs office.

When I am at home in the evenings it is around 115/70. I don't really understand all the numbers, but I just don't want to have a stroke... maybe exercise will help also. I know losing weight helps. It was at one point when I was at my heaviest 140/90 alot. They wanted to put me on meds, and that is when I decided to get myself on the hcg.

Anyway!!! I will monitor myself while I am on the RX and see how it goes.. hope it keeps my stress levels down and my BP down.. that and sleeping good, would be well worth it to me!!!

I like the Rx alot better than Hhcg. And I like the injections better than sublingual. As far as weight loss, I don't think it is any faster, but I am not as hungry.

I am glad to hear that you can freeze your Rx if you don't use all that you made up in one round. I didn't know that.

So if it is already mixed up, you can freeze the liquid? really? That would be great, because I plan to mix mine less potent than the instructions say. My instructions according to the site I ordered from is to make 200 IU syringes? We don't want to take that much do we?

Pati I thought you said yours were like 130? Did you do trial and error on that? I am SO NOT KNOWING WHAT I AM DOING here!!! too much math...

I hit my "golden" # on my first try. *shrug* luck I suppose!

I finally found mine after trial and error. I think I am doing 125iu.. I am taking 25 units, whatever that is. When I was on 30 units, I was still hungry and went up to 40 units and was starving. I skipped a day of injecting and had less hunger so I decided to lower my dose the next day. I have stayed at 25 units ever since.

You can either freeze it in the vial or preload individual needles w/ the amt you want and freeze them. I plan on freezing the whole vial if I have any left.

Thank you for your help ladies!! I am reading things all over the internet and one site says NEVER freeze it, another said it is ok. Who to believe?..

Also got more in depth instructions on how to mix it to make it the strength you want. YIKES... so much. HHCG is so much easier....

Ah well, I started this experiment, and it is gonna be here soon, so I am doing a round, can't wait to see how it goes..

Of course in the meantime, IF is going well. Weekends are much harder.. MUCH for me. The weather warming up means we are going to be BBQing more, having some parties... all that jazz.. I have to adjust my window and that will most likely mean no more morning eating.

Good Morning Shari!! Thanks for following me, and I am going to be doing a play by play each day because this is foreign to me... stay tuned for chapter 2!... HAHA.. It will be sooner than I thought, I start tomorrow!! I just got an email that my RX has shipped Fed ex, and when I checked out the tracking it is due TOMORROW!!

SO! I start loading tomorrow and Tuesday, Protocol on Wednesday. I will let you all know what I decide to do as far as being strict or not. I doubt I will, but I will wait and see how it goes with the hunger thing.

How are things with you? Is it 19 days you were following your plan? I am trying to remember, I'll go check out your journal...

YAY!!! If you don't have the hunger like Pati, then you probably will be able to go strict. I may have to do a round after the cruise if I don't behave. Happy loading!

Honestly, I haven't been as strict as I was during the first week. I was doing some 17-day, some low carb then those times I didn't follow any plan..lol. That's why I'm kinda re-doing it again and sticking to it. It really is easy and the food is delicious..the only downfall I can think of is that after a week or so I began to crave/miss fat! It's primarily a low-fat diet but you get your 'good' fat from olive or flaxseed oil. But come on...I want wings every once in awhile. What's making me go back is that I know it works.
