Good morning Deb! Thanks for the compliments on my avi. I am taking it easy today. Yesterday was the hardest I've pushed my body in a while. I ran for 30 minutes (approx. 3.8 miles) I love to run, but last night I made myself sick. I felt great doing it, but afterwards I felt sick to my tummy. I will take it easy today and run for 20 minutes. I think 30 was a bit much...but I feel great this morning. Have a great day Deb.

Hope you get the day off! We are expected to get snow tonight. I really like the snow. But it makes me feel holiday-ish and of course you have to eat on holidays.

Hi all! New member here looking for some feedback/advice on combining HHCG with the JUDDD plan. I am 10 days into R3P2 and just stumbled upon this board and the JUDDD plan website...very interested in the possibility of doing this. If anyone is on the same path, please feel free to email me privately...thanks!

Hi Brenda! I love the snow too as long as I don't have to drive in it! I am staying home, but with a houseful of 16 and 18 year old girls... YIKES!!

I hope they head out for sledding for awhile so I can have some quiet time... just not to EAT TOO MUCH.. yes I agree, snow = holiday = eats...

Hi and WELCOME!! love your name! I am attempting HHCG and JUDDD. This is only my second full week though, but so far so good. I just have to work harder to keep my down days DOWN. It is pretty much mental for me right now... hard to get my head in the losing game. I'll continue on though.

I don't think we can privately email anyone here, at least I cant'.

Thanks Shari! We got 10.5 inches here, which is a lot for Missouri. It's really pretty, but only 4 wheel drives are getting out of our neighborhood. BIG HILL.. and no plows have been by yet.. so I will enjoy!!

Lucky! Snow Days are fun! Get layered and go out sledding Think of it as your workout for the day

I hear you about being spoiled BUT at least you are still losing! I am struggling BIG TIME. I am wondering if STRESSING about the scale is making things worse for me. I am doing low cals this week while juicing but the scale is not budging. I am not feeling "stressed" but I may subconsciencely be? Who KNOWS! Like I said, I am at my wits end! LOL HOWEVER (this is important) I am REFUSING TO THROW IN THE TOWEL! REFUSING!!

I am enjoying Zumba SOOOOO much! I am going 3 times a week, lifting weights AND doing the treadmill....I just need to figure out why I am not losing. I may give up the drops to see if that helps. (I am experimenting all over the place...that may be another reason )....

AWEEEE Pati! I think STRESS IS MAJOR!!!!! it is one of the biggest reasons people gain weight! You love exercise so keep doing it... and refusing to quit is fantastic!!!!

You can give the drops up for awhile if you want to, and see if there is any difference. I don't think it would hurt you at all... As for experimenting all over the place, I HEAR YOU THERE!!! that is why I just cannot keep doing that. I need to stick with what works!!! I just am so tempted to go very low cals, to lose quickly. Then I have to remember how awful I feel going VLCal and stop those thoughts!!!!!

Anyway, of course do what works best for you hon, but give yourself some time to adjust. Keep on going with the exercise, maybe stop dosing for awhile, and eat conciously what you love. Smaller amounts. Who knows?

I am not losing well at all right now dear, only a net of less than a pound last week. Remember I had gained alot being sick. So this week, I peeked on the scale and it is up.. grrrrr... I'm right there with you girl!!! We have to hang tough, HAVE TO.. no other choice that I can see. CANNOT GIVE UP!!!!!

Thanks for the welcome Deb- you are an inspiration!

I am wondering how all of you transition OFF of HHCG/HCG while doing the rogue thing? Do you do a typical P3? How well are you stabilizing?

Thanks Kelly, I have taken a few breaks off the HHCG over the months, but I don't transition, I just stop taking them one day. I continue to eat as always. I love low carb natually, and that is what I usually eat.

I have no problem with sugar on occasion though, just can't over eat and expect any sort of loss or to maintain.

I am the queen of maintaining. Honestly, I do that very well. I went about 8 weeks within a 4 pound range over the holidays and NEVER did that before HHCG. So I really believe my set point has changed, and I am thrilled!

Now, I just would like to get to goal by summer and stay there, within REASON. I will give myself a 5 pound range rather than 2.

How are YOU doing?

Deb, glad to hear you maintain so well!

I had a lot of trouble in R2 stabilizing at all. I actually met and exceeded my ultimate goal weight in R2 (long round), but NEVER stabilized in P3 after many weeks (9+ weeks I think). Steak days and egg days constantly. Could not eat cheese, nuts, or even P3 veggies like squash or zucchinni. After gaining a lot back even though I struggled every day to find the right combination of foods to keep me stable, I ended up coming back into P2. I DID NOT CHEAT in P3...ever...and I still kept gaining daily. I am praying that trying this round as roguie and eating some carbs on high days will help be stabilize. I am just really wondering how I will need to eat in those weeks immediately ending this round.

It is probably everyone's worst nightmare to reach goal (from 180's to low 130's for me) and then not be able stabilize no matter what you try. Hoping 3rd time is the charm!

OH LORD Kelly!! that is a nightmare!!... yikes! Wow, so you did everything by the book and could not stop gaining in P3? I don't understand that at all. I do think that adding some carbs in while you are on the way down, does help with stabilizing. I never did a steak day or any of the correction days. If I was up some I would just eat a bit less the next day. That always worked, but I was much heavier than 130's! I hope it is not that tough when/if I get to my goal.

I do want to be able to EAT. I also understand that maintenance takes work, so I am willing to experiment there too.. I hope this works for YOU! could not be any worse than what you have been through already!

Newbie to your blog Deb... but it appears that you have lost nearly 100 pounds since July? WOW. Did you start out on a rogue hhcg plan, or did you start on protocol. I started on 1.3.11 and haven't spent even 1 day on protocol. That's how I *planned* it. I wish I could go back and read your entire blog...but you are busy!
