Morning Jen! I am so glad you are enjoying Jon also! I have almost finished the book, and I listen to everything I can find from him. Love his voice, it is very soothing, and puts me to sleep everytime... I also think differently now, and am a walking info mercial...

SOOOO I faced the music on the scale today, and it is up as I knew it would be with all my comfort food this week, and I am sure water retention. Does not matter though, it will be off again this week, or soon, I KNOW IT!

Today's weight.. 193.. grrrr... On to the 80's again and below...

Great attitude! I'm sure it's water weight too and you lose like no tomorrow so it'll be gone in no time! Sorry the cough is still there. Have you seen a doctor yet? My co-worker told me this week she'd been having a lingering cough after getting rid of her cold and she was dx with bronchitis. But she said the doctor didn't give her antibiotics..he gave her cough syrup for the cough which helps her to sleep at night.

I have not yet, however If this does not clear up in a couple of days, I am going for sure. I can't keep going night after night without sleep...

Thank you Shari.. I am going to be trying out mostly JUDDD type eating this week. I am on a Down day today.. no more than 500, and not hungry at all.. then tomorrow will be an up day. I don't have a cal limit right now, but I am going to listen to my body, and choose whole, real foods. I lose so much better this way. AND I don't feel deprived and desparate.

Yes, I agree with Shari you do loose fast so it will be gone in no time. I cough alot as well, but it is due to my sinuses draining. It is so irritating

Is it hard to have a low day after eating a high day? That's my fear..once I go 'high' it'll be hard to go 'low' afterwards and I'll keep eating high...
That would be so nice..to not feel deprived..which is a trigger for me to binge after awhile.

Well this is my experiment this week... I will let you know... So far at 8 am I am not hungry... but we all know how that goes!... The thing that has knocked me off track lately, is I will have a couple of good low days in a row, then I start wanting something off plan... I am going to see if I include those off plan things in very small quantities on alt days, will I be better able to handle the low low days? TIME WILL TELL!...

I will keep an detailed, honest recap of how it is going this week.

TODAY so far: Coffee with cream. ( figured into my 500 cals)

Good Morning to you all. I have not been on this site for quite a while, but want to restart the hcg. I did injections a year ago and did quite well, but then decided to try drops or spray and found one did work, and one seemed to make me not feel well. I don't want the expense of the injections from my doctor.

So, my question is....are we still not allowed to talk brands? I have heard some people stay on for more than the 40 days even tho instructions say not to. I desperately need to get back on some form of hcg or hhcg, but don't know what one to try. Some you can have coffee, some you can't, etc. Anyone can pm me if you have info ...I tried to pm deb but she didn't have that feature under her signature. I would like to join your discussions and get motivated again and have some support as I have none. Thanks to you all for listening and your help.

Hi Susan! Yeah I noticed my PM button is not there.. hummm? Anyway, There is a thread on brands in the HCG Forum, I just tried to find it and it must be back a few pages.

I have used 3 different brands so far and they all work fine. Thinkhcgdrops, Vox pellets, and Natural Health Labs. Just depends on what you want to pay. We can't put where we got them, but just google.

Hope you have a great round!..

Good morning and back! I'm still afraid to mention specific brands...just because. However I use the 'spray' kind and if you google that..the brand will come up. It's more costly but I like the convenience of only using it twice a day so I don't have to take it to work (I once lost a whole bottle this way). Good luck to you and the best is that you know hhcg works!

Good Morning Loretta, Shari, and Brenda! Feeling better today, just in time for a nice snow storm...

So yesterday was day 1 of my experiment to eat more JUDDD like. I had a down day of 500 cals. WOW.. It was easy. I just use an HCG Protocol day as my down day, no thinking.. Instead of the shake, I had fish because I did not want anything sweet for dinner.

I am going to weigh once a week, like they recommend AFTER a down day. So next weekend I'll see my progress.

Today is eating whatever I want as long as I do NOT over eat! I can do this. I am excited about this. Along with HHCG I think it is perfect for ME.

Thanks Sans! Yep, this will work for me just fine.. yesterday every time I wanted "something" I knew that if I REALLY wanted it, I could have it today.. So I wanted this whole wheat bagel yesterday so bad! BUT, I did not eat it... guess what, I really did not want it today, I had some yummy breakfast of sausage, eggs, bacon.. nice low carb breakfast and am totally satisfied!.. LOVE IT SO FAR!

Of course I will see at the end of the week just how much it loves me...

Jon is a guru he tells you to eat the thing you want when you want it that way we avoid binges because were are not depriving our bodies from something it wants that way we avoid falling head 1st in to bad foods and over doing it. You telling yourself yesterday hold off body and wait for your bagel worked just as good because your body knows it can have that bagel the next day, and when it came to it your body decided I want a nice low carb brekki instead, I love it

I totally agree with this Sans. If you deprive yourself your body is going to rebel like a bad child.
