nope not too much Brenda! you should see the size of the omelet i usually start P3 with! LOL
thanks so much for telling me about the yard sale this weekend! we had a BLAST and i got8 new blowmolds! for Christmas and Easter! whoohoo!
and i got a 70s model barbie house for 5 bucks! whew!

my Mother in law went with us Saturday and it was almost as much fun watching her as it was roaming around shopping! got some sun too! haven't had any color all summer just been too hot and this weekend was PERFECT!

I didn't have a chance to post yesterday (r1p3d14) but I was down .5 putting me at 1.5 over LDW.

I just finished d15 and I am down .5 from yesterday putting me at LDW +1.0.

I had hotdogs (no sugar) with chili for supper.

Now that the novelty of eating more food has worn off, I'm not really enjoying p3. I like trying to maintain in the 2 pound window but I think the food is kind of boring. Probably because I am not a big fan of meat. I do LOVE the Greek yogurt though.

Yes, that is an odd thing. I am convinced in my heart of hearts that salt is an issue in this whole thing. I'm not going to do a p4 this time because I want to get in as much p2 time as I can before Thanksgiving. I'm thinking Thanksgiving through the New Year will be p4 for me.

Yay! I'm so glad you had fun. We went Thursday for an hour or so and then again on Friday. I got a really pretty leather coat for $6! I couldn't believe how many yardsales there were... they were all over town too.

I finished r1p3d16 and I am down .5 from yesterday putting me at .5 over LDW.

Lordy, children, I ate yesterday! I had the usual assortment of fruits and greek yogurt for breakfast, lunch was leftovers of the chili chicken, broccoli slaw and watermelon and supper was an omelette with sausage and cheese, a sausage patty and a waffle with WF syrup. The waffle recipe came from the p3 tips (I think!) thread and uses ricotta cheese and eggs. Whodathunkit? I also had a couple of my homemade cappuccinos.

I don't count calories so I have no idea how many I'm consuming but I am definitely satisfied and NOT hungry. Actually yesterday I was was worried I ate too much because I was so full. I went down .5 this morning.

All other vlc diets cause the weight to come right back after you start eating more calories. Not hcg!

I've got 2 more days on p3 and then I'm loading this weekend. I've been planning my menu since my r1vlcd1. Oh, the possibilities!

Take it from one with experience: you can go way off, WAY fast if you eat off protocol on P3!! Big fluctuations, but totally forgiving if/when you get back on!

Sassy, you are so right! I should have clarified and said the 'right' kind of food on p3. I'm eating so much right now and I'm shocked that my weight is steady.

I didn't post yesterday, which was r1p3d17. My weight was down .5 putting me at LDW exactly.

This is what I posted in another thread.

I'm loading Sat. & Sun.

My metabolism has been wrecked for years. I never thought I'd be able to eat this much food and not gain weight!!! I am overjoyed! And for the first time in years and years, I'm not hungry and I'm maintaining my weight!!!

I wonder... since the metabolism seems to be healing, will we see a different type of loss in p2? Time will tell!

I love Dr. S.!

Yesterday's menu:

B: Greek yogurt/splenda, plum, peach, apple, strawberries
L: Chicken/cheese, honeydew melon
S: Burger/bacon/cheese, broccoli&cheese, rest of the melon (I ate the whole thing by myself and it was HUGE!)
S: 2 cappuccinos (almond milk)

I would have eaten more fruit if I hadn't run out. :blush:

I would say I ate well yesterday. I dropped .5 this morning, putting me at LDW exactly. I'm happy!

Today is r1p3d18 and I am down ANOTHER .5 putting me at LDW -.5. Wow. I am amazed!

Yesterday's menu:

B: greek yogurt/splenda peaches X 2, 4 slices bacon, 1 egg w/sausage & cheese
L: burger w/provolone, chipotle cheddar cheese, broccoli slaw w/ranch dressing, 1/2 canteloupe
D: p3 pizza, caesar salad, watermelon

I was very full after eating yesterday and was certain my weight would go up. This is very unusual indeed.

I am not noticing any cool re-shaping going on, but my pants are getting tighter.

Hmm can't figure out about the reshaping not showing up but how cool is that almost 3 weeks into P3 and you are still Under LDW???

Lol don't worry you'll "reshape" enough when you start P2 again. Your menu looks divine, I miss my yogurts and cheeses!

Goodbye p3... just when I was starting to understand you.

I finished up at .5 UNDER LDW!

I have been awake since 4 am. I got up at 7 and dosed with 13 drops of hhcg.

LET THE LOADING BEGIN!

The second day of loading is coming to a close and I've eaten A LOT.

My weight was at LDW +2 this morning. I don't look forward to the scale in the morning. Oh well, it's all part of the plan.

I am up a total of 6.5 on my 2 loading days. 2 pounds the first day and 4.5 the second. I didn't know it was possible to gain 4.5 pounds in one day. Oh well, you gotta laugh. Beats the alternative.

Oh, and the weirdest thing... I am kind of hungry this morning. That happened last round too.

Today is r2p2vlcd1. Let's do it.

Yeah I gained 7lbs this round of loading, which was more than a bit annoying!! Fortunately it came off quick. I'm willing to bet it's mostly water and will leave the premises post-haste!!
