Good morning, ladies!

I am at 1.8 over LDW this morning. I would like to see that number drop a bit but I'm not doing a CD today.

I have to go to a function tomorrow after church and there will be so much food that is starch and sugar laden. I just hope the food pushers don't get too annoying.

Good morning, ladies. I hope you all are well!

Sorry I've not been around much. There's not much to say on p3. I eat really well and my weight is awesome. Today I'm at LDW +.6 so I'm happy about that.

DD's bday is in a couple of days so I will be having cake for that. Usually I'd be looking forward to cake, but now I'm just thinking about not going out of my 2 pound window.

I'm thinking of doing one last round sometime in April or May. I'd like to lose another 10-15 pounds. I can't imagine being that low, but a few months ago I couldn't imagine being this size either.

I can't believe how long it's been since I made my way to this journal. Time surely does get away from us.

I am still in a p3/p4 stage. Still mostly in the LDW window. I've bounced over by a pound or so a few times but haven't done a CD and the weight came back down in a day or so.

I am still pondering the next round but I have loose skin now and I want to wait a while to see if it will tighten up. Hate the loose skin. Hate it.

Brenda!!! I also love to see when you post..you are one of my Sheros!! A real trooper and I so admire you being able to stick strictly to protocol..all stages and NEVER cheat.
Yes, time does fly when having fun....especially when in P3/4.
Do you like to exercise? That loose skin will tighten right up with some cardio and weight training. I didn't exercise today and boy do I feel it. I may do some later tonight...I miss it that much. Incredible...lol.

Aw, thanks Shari. You are so encouraging and supportive!

I am not an exerciser. At.all. I used to be and then I got a brain block about it. I really need to do something though because I just hate the way my skin looks. I wanted to wait until I got through all of Simeon's first because of the whole 'no exercise in p2 and p3' thing. I'm still trying to figure out when to start the next round. I surely don't want any MORE loose skin.

Good morning Brenda. It was hard for me to start exercising too but with the 17-day diet he encourages you to exercise for at least 17min/day. That helped me to get started...I was like I can do 17 min..lol. But once I started I started to feel better and I'm loving it now.

I am on R4VLCD3 and it's time to dust off the journal.

I have such a hard time posting in p3/p4.

I ended my last round on a big (for me) whoosh. Something like 1.4 pounds. In retrospect, that was a mistake. I stablizied right at 2-3 pounds over my LDW. I saw my LDW on the scale a couple of times, but not without working on it. I got tired of doing CDs so I just accepted my window as a pound or so up. So it was really as if I ended my last round before that big whoosh.

I have lost my loading weight of 5 or 6 pounds and I'm ready to go forth. My head really isn't where it should be this time, but I'm working on it. I had such detox the first 2 days! Hoping for a better day today!

Thanks ladies! I've really got to get back into the posting habit. I truly believe it helps keep me focused and accountable. Plus the support system is awesome!

Ok, so I still haven't figured out what my starting weight for this round should be so I haven't updated my stats. I think I will take my stabilized weight instead of my LDW from last round.

Here's how the round is shaking out so far.

Load gain 6.6.
VLCD1 -3.8
VLCD2 -3.4
VLCD3 -.6
VLCD4 -1.4

I hope the hungries go away today!

Whoa!!! Nice releases...load weight plus more! yeah, I'd take the starting weight since that's where YOUR body decided to stabilize at. We see a lot of times it stabilizes higher than LDW.

Thanks Shari! I ended last round on a big whoosh. I knew better than to think it would stick. I stabilized 1.4 above my last dosing weight (the amount of my whoosh was 1.6, I think) so that's going to be my start number this round.

Shari, thank you so much! You know, I am the slowest loser on planet Earth! Truly! Everyone I have told about this diet has had WAY better losses than I have. Oh well. I'm just not going to tell anyone else about it.

I am only down .2 today. I switched up my dosing schedule to see if it would help with the hunger and losses but I was so crazy busy yesterday that I couldn't tell either way.

Hi Brenda. I stumbled across your journal today. I've also seen you post in some of my friends journal - therefore - I thought I'd stop by to cheer you on during this round. I'll be entering P2 tomorrow myself.

Here's to an awesome round. You have done an AMAZING job in the past, and I'm sure you'll rock this round out too!

Have a good night.
