On another note, I'm getting so many comments on my weight loss now. It's almost embarrassing. And I have introduced quite a few people to hhcg. I wouldn't have dreamed of doing that before but now people insist on knowing how I lost so much weight.

I finally broke into the 150's yesterday!

Thank you, dear friends, for keeping my journal going for me! My life got a little crazy for a few days there and it was go, go, go. Hopefully I can rest for a few days before it takes off again!

I am still doing p2. I am now on day 44 but I will admit I am feeling weak. I don't know if it's the muscle fatigue Dr. S. talks about or if it's just that my body is getting worn down from all the VLCDs. Last night was especially hard. All that Valentine's Day chocolate everywhere! Dh took dd out for lunch after church on Sunday and they brought back the leftover chocolate cake. It looked unbelievable.

I want to lose 12 more pounds. I keep going back and forth on stopping p2. My nephew wants me to keep going. He is in his 20s and can handle it better than I can. Part of me wants to keep going just so I never have to do p2 again and another part wants to stop and do another round later. The only problem is, with my schedule it looks like I can't fit another p2 in until sometime in June. I'm just going to take it a day at a time at this point.

I definitely agree with Deb! Your body knows what it needs and feeling weak is concerning. I feel ya on being torn though..so close to goal and the thought of restarting is mentally draining. However you've done so well and have reached new lows. P2 isn't going anywhere so yes, take it day by day and see how you feel. Hope you feel better, Brenda!

I think you should do a short interuption and let your body have a little refeed by eating P3 for a few days maybe that way you can carry on losing for another while.

Thanks for the support everyone!

All I can say is, what a difference a day makes! For the last month or so I have been working day and night on a community thing and some nights I didn't get home until after 10 or 11. One night I was up until 2 am. And I always have to get up before 7 so I think I completely exhaused myself. Anyway, I've gotten to bed at a decent hour and actually slept for the last 2 nights and I feel great! Yesterday was the best day I've had in ages. I actually felt strong and energized! But we all know how p2 is... strong one day, ready to throw in the towel the next. For now, I feel good and I'm going to keep going until I feel like I need to stop. The way I look at is, the more I do now, the less I'll have to do later.

Yesterday was stellar. I wore my dd13's jeans and sweater. I loved it but I'm not sure she did.

I am down .6 this morning. 11.4 pounds to go!

Good morning, friends of my heart.

I am down .4 this morning giving me a total loss of 19.6 this round. 11 more to go!

That big auction site has decided to deny sales of hhcg because it is a 'controlled substance'. I was trying to hook up some girlfriends with the seller I use and wham, just as soon as they ordered, the product was unavailable. I know there are other sources. For now. But, I did see that there will be more lap band surgeries available now. Dear Lord, why should anyone have to go through a painful surgery if they can benefit from something as simple as hhcg? We live in a messed up world, people.

I have 2 bottles of hcg ordered and my nephew has 4. I want to finish off this round with maybe an eye to doing another one this fall. Maybe, maybe not. I sometimes think about trying to get into the 130s but I don't know if that is realistic.

YAY!! Brenda, you're working this plan!! Go you!! I'm so happy for you..only 11lbs from goal. Must feel freakin' fantastic! Isn't is a wonderful feeling that you can go far beyond your initial goal...130's is possible if you want it!

No wonder they are approving lab band surgeries more...it's more money for the insurance companies vs. hhcg sells through independent dealers..no money for insurance companies to make off of that. Both products should be available so people have more of a choice. I have a girlfriend that had gastric bypass and it has totally changed her life! Whereas hhcg has totally changed ours. How come healthier food cost more than other food? ..yes, we do live in a messed up world.

I was so upset over this yesterday, I ordered 4 bottles from my seller just to have 'emergency' hcg. I am sure big pharma has a hand in this too. We all know where the love of $$ leads.

Great attitude, you know the scale will have to move soon! Smart of you to order extra hcg..never know when they might try to take it off the market. It's blowing up w/o big pharma so who knows...
