Brenda I just noticed you stats and you've lost close to 60lbs!!!
AMAZING!! And you only have less than 20lbs to reach goal. That's wonderful! That may explain why your losses are less than what you want too..it's harder to lose those last few pounds. KUTGW! ![]() |

Oh well, I'm not giving up. This weight has got to give up the ghost eventually!Hey girlie. It's been a long day and I'm happy to be going to bed soon! ![]() Yes, and he has brought an intense craving for chocolate layer cake. Why are the tom cravings so intense on hcg? Is it because we know we can't have anything? This too shall pass!!!

Good morning Brenda, I feel you on the cabbage..I can't eat it too.
You're doing very good...don't feel discouraged. I realized the other day that we are close to goal so now the pounds aren't going to come off as well as before...but it will come off! |

Good Morning Brenda, don't be discouraged, keep plugging away at it. Remember if you're not losing the pounds, the inches are still coming off. KUTGW

Good morning guys.
I am up .2 today. My average daily loss is .43. If it hits .3 I will not be amused. Is it possible that hcg can just stop working for a person?Quote:
I was going to stay in p2 until I lost the rest of this weight. That was before I realized it would take until Thanksgiving to get the rest of it off. I don't know now. I am going to have to reevaluate. Gosh, I feel like such a whiner. That is SO NOT ME! Quote:

Sorry Brenda..how frustrating!
I'm not sure about hhcg not working any more but I do know the body is stubborn releasing those pounds at times, especially at set points. It is hard now to decide what to do..so close to goal yet it's taking longer to reach. I'm on the fence too so I know what you mean. ![]() Plus, you're not a whiner..this is YOUR journal so say, do, express yourself ANYWAY you want!! ![]() |

Thank you guys so much for the kind words.
![]() I started to post yesterday, got distracted and then proceeded to run around like a madwoman for the rest of the day. Just crazy busy!I lost .6 yesterday and .2 this morning. Slowly, slowly. My average daily loss is at .44. I need to change something, but I'm not sure what. I've used the same drops for each round. I eat the same boring foods. I've never had one single cheat in all 3 rounds. I give up soft drinks for p2 and drink water and coffee only. Maybe it's just the way my body loses at this point in the program. The exact same thing is happening to my nephew. His average daily loss is at .5 a day , down from over a pound a day in previous rounds. At least I'm not alone in my misery. He tried a high calorie day yesterday to see if it would speed up his losses. He's braver than I am!hhcg R3VLCD30 -13.2 |

It may be slow Brenda but at least you're chipping away at the weight. KUTGW you know every round is different. Kudos to you for not cheating on any of your rounds.

Good morning Brenda!
The ladies and I are taking a very mini-interruption to eat P3 this weekend (actually Lo and I are including Friday) then it's back to P2 on Monday. Wanna join? The fat may be what's needed to jump-start the loss again. I know you said that you hate to get back into the P2 mental mode again so don't want to interrupt your mental state...and we know it's mostly mental in P2. ![]() Last edited by shari; 02-03-2011 at 03:30 AM.. |
