Well, ladies, I survived the weekend. For me, the hardest p2 meal of the week is Sunday lunch after church. But, we do what we have to do. The Sunday nap is still good though.

The scale was down .8 this morning giving me a total loss of 7.8 in 15 VLCD's. It's slow going, ounce by ounce, but I will take any loss. I really had given up hope before hcg. Almost every article of clothing I owned was black. (I still love black, but I don't HAVE to wear it now!)

People are really noticing the loss now and commenting on it. I just say thanks and try to change the subject. I don't like attention. :blush:

Wonderful!! I love black too and wonder how much of it being my favorite color is because I wore it so much to look thinner. What a good feeling to know you can wear color and not divert just to black now. Brenda, you're doing so well and is a great motivator. KUTGW!!

Thanks ladies. I don't think I could stick to this journey without y'all.

I finished day 16 and I am down .4 this morning. I've lost 8.2 so far.

I haven't had any vegetables in the last few days. They just don't sound good to me right now. I might try some sort of soup with cabbage. I have to stay away from canned tomatoes though. The sodium just stalls me out.

I have gone back and forth on when to end this round. Part of me would like to just keep going until I hit goal and another part of me knows I would never survive that long. My reason for wanting to continue on is I know how hard it is to start a new round. Beginning round 3 was very hard so I can't imagine how hard it will be to start round 4! If I could just keep going I could avoid that pain, but there is no way in heck I would be able to stand it. Decisions, decisions!

I feel ya..it is hard to decide when to stop. You'll just KNOW that you can't go any further and crave excessively for P3. Actually you already know this..you've done a lot longer rounds than me Whatever you decide, I'm here cheering you on!!

I finished day 17 and I am down .4 this morning. Slowly, slowly beats not-at-all!

I tried the cooked cabbage yesterday and still had a loss today. I really liked it and plan on having it again for lunch today. If it doesn't cause me any problems tomorrow, I will keep it in my menu. That would be great because I am SO sick of the p2 vegetables. I ate lots of cucumbers last round and I really like them, but they are $1 each at the store right now and I refuse to pay that on principle.

I had the cabbage again for lunch yesterday, so it stays in my menu! I am also considering adding it in for supper too but I don't want to be greedy.
