Blabbermouth!!!

My nephew talked me into changing my dosing schedule. He is convinced that taking the drops further away from meals will give a bigger drop. We started the new schedule 2 days ago and it has most certainly worked for him as he has lost 5 pounds in 2 days! For me, not so much. I've lost .5 in 2 days.

Good morning, congrats on the release! It all adds up in the end.
We can't compare our losses with any man..they will override us any day. Congrats to your nephew too. |

Shari, sad thing that men lose faster. Just not fair.
![]() I'm kind of down today. No loss for 2 days now. It's made me think about every product I use. I have found some problems. Pur Minerals contain shea butter. I've been using it for weeks. Out it goes. Glycerin is made from animal/vegetable fat. It is in almost every personal care product I use. I think I am just going to minimize product usage for the next couple of weeks. I don't see how you can be an Amerian and avoid glycerin! It's everywhere! ![]()

I guess I have hit the wall. Four days with no loss/no gain.
I am stalled. I will have to seriously consider an apple day. Boo.17.5 pounds in 27vlcds. Keep moving forward. |

Thanks Shari! I just came home with 6 large apples. I'm not hungry but I'm already so thirsty! Counting down my 15 minutes after drops so the apple day can begin...

I think for the A-days you're only supposed to drink as minimal water as doesn't make you uncomfortable and rely on the apples (and your body) to supply the rest. I hope it works out well for you today; I've been fighting the scale (weighing, reweighing, "tricking" the scale and reweighing etc) all this week to get my losses and it's only been until today that I've had anything significant. You've been doing really well so far, here's to hoping your A-day breaks this stall for good!!

Your intermittent fasting sounds interesting. We've got to do what we've got to do, right? Congrats on your big loss!I've tried my darndest on this protocol and I figure in for a penny, in for a pound. Might as well try the apple day. The thirst part is very uncool though. I love water. Just love it. I'm never without a glass at hand. Well, a few more hours and I'll go to bed and call it a day. ![]() |

Thanks Sassy! I lost 1.5 on the apple day. Not stellar, but I'll take it. Any loss at this point is more than welcome!
I really didn't mind the apple day so much, I just didn't like not having water. I hope the stall is over. ![]() I started out wanting to lose 25 pounds in the short round. HA! Now I'm thinking I'll be lucky to lose that amount in the long round. I am a slow loser. I just have to accept that for how it is and not get all caught up in it. I'm grateful just to have something that works and that doesn't leave me starving!!! |

I'm a slow loser too, I'm down 9.6 lbs since starting two weeks ago today. Still, that's almost 5lbs per week so I can't complain TOO much.

Good morning, glad to see the apple day was a success. Great attitude...try not to get discouraged. It's really hard when comparing your losses to others if you feel you're not losing enough. Your body works for you and know what is best...trust in it.
You're doing a great job on protocol! |

I need to update some recent changes.
A couple of days ago I changed back to my original dosing schedule as I had only lost .5 doing it that way. Today I decided to add back ground beef. It didn't seem to make a difference in my losses. My menu has been the same for the last few days so I didn't post it. I made the p2 chili for lunch today so I'll start posting menus again tomorrow. I have lost 19 pounds in 28vlcds. I am for sure not having an apple today. ![]() |

I'm down another pound today!
Thank you, Lord!! That's a total of 20 pounds in 29vlcds. I'm hoping my stall is broken. Ok, I really need to say this. I think part of my loss comes from finally sleeping. Last night I went to bed before 11 and actually slept in. The nights when I sleep I usually see a loss the next morning. If I don't sleep well, I don't see a loss. I am convinced it's related. During my stall I had been having afternoon coffee... which kept me up at night. Hmmm. Plus I have insomnia pretty often.Anyway, I'm glad to be down finally! I added ground beef back yesterday. Yesterday's menu: p2 chili, cucumber, melba mexican chicken over spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, melba |

Congrats on the loss!
![]() ![]() Oh it's definitely a connection. I remember reading somewhere that you lose better when well rested so you're right. Wow, congrats on sticking it through for so long. How many more days in P2? |

Thanks Shari! I am going to try for a 40 day round. I want to see Onederland before heading into p3. I need to lose 5 or so more pounds so hopefully I can make it.
It will be cutting it close though... I may have to tack on a few extra days. I hope not though!!! |

Today was the first day of 8th grade for dd. Summer flew by and I'm going to miss having her around.
![]() We went to open house at her school last night and it caused me to end up eating late (around 7:30). I hate that as it usually causes me to gain but I couldn't avoid it. My weight was either the same or up .5. I choose "same". ![]() Menu for yesterday: chicken chili, cucumber, melba chicken taco salad with romaine (skipped fruit & melba because it was late) I am looking foward to getting back into a routine. I would love to lose these 5 pounds before p3! Come on falling numbers! |

congratulations on your releases so far, you have done a good job on the protocol
![]() I am confident that those 5 pounds will be gone before you enter P3. We are all here cheering you on. And you're right it is so much easier to do this with the support of others. KUTGW! |

I was down .5 this morning for a total of 20.5 in 31 vlcd's. I have 9 more days. I am really not looking forward to p3. I like p2. I like the safety of the boundaries. I like not feeling hungry. I like losing weight.
