Haha.. thanks ladies!

I tried to reign it in yesterday. I skipped breakfast, for lunch I had an apple with greek yogurt, sandwich meat, cheese and deviled eggs. For supper I had white chicken chili, apple with greek yogurt, sandwich (with bread) and a few tortilla chips. This morning my weight was back down to LDW -.2! Woohoo!

I love the hypothalmus resetting thing! It's the best part!

Ken Steven and i started dosing again yesterday i think we have been loading for a month though

Yep, we're thawing out. I sure do hate to see the snow go though. I love it.

LOL on the month of loading. I feel that way too. I have done some serious eating on this p4!

I'll be loading this weekend! We'll be in p2 together this time!

Congrats on the loss and getting back within range in one day!! You definitely have done well resetting the hypo..WTG!

Happy New Year to my hcg family! Let 2011 be the year we get to goal and stay there! I can't wait to shop for clothes I actually like.

I'm beginning the year by loading. Today is R3 Loading Day 1 and this morning I was exactly 2 pounds over my LDW from last round. That's amazing considering the amount of food I had last night. I really should have started the drops yesterday as I ate enough for a loading day.

Today is R3VLCD1 and I'm counting myself at LDW +4. I was LDW+2 the morning I started loading and then TOM got thrown in there and then I loaded for 2 days and I woke up this morning at LDW+4. I really thought it would be a lot more than that.

Last time I loaded I gained around 7 pounds.

I'm ready to lose weight and get this party started!

I've gone from losing to gaining a lot during loading..never can tell what the body will do. However, you know it will lose during P2!!
