Hi guys!

Hope you are all doing well.

Shari, I am almost through shopping. In fact, we were out shopping and got caught in that ice storm Deb mentioned.

I have never been so scared. I could have kissed the ground when we finally made it home! Deb, I hope you guys weren't out in it.

I have been eating things I should stay away from. I am at LDW + .2 this morning but I really need to lay off the junk before it catches up with me.

Your body has stabilized nicely. According to the protocol, you should be able to eat P4 items moderately and not gain a lot on the scale..you're doing that! We're all trying to get through the holidays without too much damage.

I'm glad you all got home safe..this weather is no joke!

Shari, I know you are right, but it is so SURPRISING to be able to eat and not gain. The amount of food I'm now eating would have caused me to gain after any other diet. Each morning I dread weighing in but so far it's been wonderful. I'm am thinking, what the heck, why I am not blowing up like a balloon after eating that?!

I am LDW -.2 this morning. I had salad, garlic bread, lasagna, cheesecake and wassail for supper last night. I will take that.

I am planning to start a new round on Jan. 3rd. My plan was to try and maintain my LDW until then but MY WORD, there is food everywhere right now! Yikes!

You know, I did a steak day yesterday but I really wish I hadn't without knowing what I weighed beforehand. Now I can't tell how much I lost. I don't know what I was thinking.

Anyway, after my steak day I am at LDW -.8 so that's nice anyway.

I miss being able to post on a regular basis. Christmas has got me running around like a mad woman, but I am enjoying it! I hope you guys are too!

Yesterday I was LDW -1.2 and this morning I am LDW -.8. Now. Things are about to get shaken up. There is food everywhere. And most of it is at my house.

I don't know why I feel the need to cook/bake so much but for some reason Christmas isn't the same without all the sugary stuff. Plus, people love to gift holiday treats and who I am to stop them?

Lord, be with me.

Brenda i have some sad news do you remember BJW/Jean that posted in the 300+ thread when you posted in there ? She passed away suddenly on the 17th i don't have anymore details but her daughter emailed me her phone # and i am trying to get the nerve up to call
