Thank you so much ladies!

Deb, I'm probably the most impatient person I know. But I am very stubborn and that helps with the long rounds.

Shari, I CANNOT WAIT to shop! But I hate to spend money on clothes that I hope to shrink out of so I'll probably hit the thrift stores. Even they sound great to me at this point!

I've been so busy lately, not much time to post.

I didn't post yesterday but I was down .4 so the stats for yesterday were R2P2VLCD32 -18.0.

This morning I am down 1.6! That's the first time this round I've lost over a pound. I was beginning to get discouraged. Whew.

R2P2VLCD33 -19.6

My clothes pretty much look awful on me... but that's ok.

The way I've timed it, I only have 9 more days of p2, 2 days of no dosing, 3 weeks of p3 and then p4 until the next year. I wish I could do another round this year but I have too much going on.

Maintaining during the holidays will be interesting!

You're doing wonderful, Brenda. Yeah, shopping in the thrift store is kinda neat...especially when able to find almost new or new items for so little money.

Good morning ladies!

DebK, we've had the most gorgeous Fall this year, have we not? I've been burning pumpkin candles and spice candles and my dd goes around saying how much she is loving the feel of Fall. I love it too!

Shari, I am going to start p3 on Oct 27th (hopefully!) and I'll be hitting the thrift stores as soon as I can after that. I need JEANS!!! And everything else. LOL

Hey Deb! You're doing great too!!!

I had a .4 gain yesterday but I'm not even going to count it because of stupid, stupid TOM. I have to say without a doubt that I hate TOM on hhcg. Absolutely hate it. The cravings and hunger are bad but these cramps I've been having this time are ferocious. I've never had them like this.

But on the bright side, I am down 1 pound this morning. I would like to lose another 3.4 pounds this round, but that will be cutting it really close. If I don't make it, I'm not gonna cry about it.

Congrats, hun on the loss! I know being 20lbs lighter feels good!
I can't wait to hear how the shopping goes..you deserve it! I love catching bargains and the thrift store for in-between goal sizes is the way to go.

Thanks Shari! I actually fit into a size 12 this morning! Too bad they were from the 1980's. The sad part is I almost convinced myself they were wearable. All I needed was some big hair and leg warmers.

Had another gain this morning of .6. I'm so not counting it because I know it's from TOM.

Good morning ladies!

Didn't have time to post yesterday but I was only down .2. Yesterday:R2P2VLCD37 -20.8

Today, only down .2. R2P2VLCD38 -21.0

Since I only have a couple of dosing days left, today is going to be an apple day. It might not be the right thing, but I am getting weary of p2 food anyway so that part won't make a difference. I really wanted to lose 24 pounds this round to make it an even 50, but in all reality it's just a number.

This round started off exactly like round 1 and then slowed considerably. I'm not eating anything different really. I haven't had p2 chili this round because I think the sodium or tomatoes slowed me somewhat.

I really, really wonder why some people lose so fast on hcg and others do not. I don't think it's ALL in how much you have to lose either. That may be some of it, but it's not all. Our bodies are so complicated and so unique -- what works for one may not work for another. I just want to lose this weight right NOW!

Now see, I think YOU are the brave one for venturing off. When I go off the ranch, I really go.off.the.ranch. There aint no finding my way back. I'd wake up a year later from a food coma with crumbs scattered all around me. At least I know who I am.

Brenda both my son and i started out way over 300 our first round we lost 21.8 pounds EACH

DH was over 100 pounds smaller than us on the same first round he lost 26 pounds! (the rat) i honestly think we all just lose at different rates and different rounds can have the same or WAY different results just think this summer would you have thought on Oct 21 you would be saying " i am within sight of an even 50 pounds gone" ??? whoohoo! you have done an amazing job!

I am so sorry about the loss of your precious friend. She seems to have been a wonderful person. Grief can definitely turn your life upside down and make the world such an empty place. Try to get out and do a few things if you can. It seems to help somewhat.

Good morning!

The apple day netted me 1.4. I don't think I'll want another honey crisp any time soon though. The worst part was not getting enough water. Yesterday: R2P2VLCD39 -22.4

I am down another pound this morning!

Today: R2P2VLCD40 -23.4

Including today, I have 2 more dosing days. I really wanted to hit 24 pounds lost to give me a total of 50, but I don't know if my body will cooperate.

I have to make a cake for my dd's school fall festival today. Fun times, fun times.

I went to a couple of thrift stores yesterday and I think I tried on 700 million pairs of pants. I'm somewhere between a 12 and a 14. I am pretty sure I bought more than enough to get me through the next few months. It's so hard for me to pass up a good deal.

I really, really need to clean my closet today. I have been taking down the clothes that are too big and stacking them up in a corner of my closet. Truly, I think there are now just as many clothes stacked up as there are hanging.

Something I don't really understand about the Protocol or I should say what does NOT makes sense to me is the NO WATER on apple days.. .that seems very strange to me.. Basically he wants you to dehydrate yourself? .. that does not seem like good advice... oh well...........just something I have always questioned.

Good luck with everything Brenda you have lost very well!!!!...

yeah that is basically it the fat cells seem to fill with water before finally letting go that is why he said it is for purely psychological reasons IE just for your peace of mind to get it moving again...sometimes we don't have the patience to wait it out

Brenda that is an awesome loss from an apple day!! WHOOHOO i am so proud of you!!

Thanks Deb & Deb!

Well, I am up 1.2 today. Who knows why? Why even bother asking why?

I really wanted to lose 24 this round to make an even 50. Before this morning, I only needed .6. Now I need 1.8. Tomorrow is my LDD and I can't possibly go one day longer as Wednesday is DH's b'day and I have to be on p3 by then.

Oh well, it is what it is. I'm certainly not gonna stress over it. I'm just so happy to have lost. People are finally starting to notice too. And I am wearing a size 12, snug though they might be.
