Good morning Brenda..is your loss the same as the last round again? Now, that's incredible that this round is exactly like the last one.

Good morning ladies!

That is basically what I use for taco seasoning. I love it.

I finished r2p2vlcd9 and I didn't have a loss this morning so that leaves me at a net of 6.4.

I am pretty sure I lost .5 on my last round on this date so there goes my record!

I will say that I tried on a pair of jeans I hadn't been able to get into in a while and they were TOO BIG. I am now wearing a pair I thought I'd get into at the end of this round.

I am still having the hungries. Not awful though but it's more noticable than last round. I am hungry when I first wake up which is strange for me.

i think Brenda said her kroger's had it!? there is an Earth Fare about 65 miles from me where i get mine now but before my first round i ordered it online and i KNOW i have found it somewhere else Food City maybe?/ traditional medicinal s is one brand that i like so wherever they sell that and there is a chocolate one that with a drop of dark chocolate stevia really really
helped a chocolate craving i had i KNOW! i believe it was vitamin shoppe that i got it at once too! HTH

also Brenda if you are having celery for your veggie fur a meal one day try having 2 good size celerry sticks spread with Walden farms peanut butter really tastes good! and filling and has a crunch might just help! then have your regular amount of celery at your meal it has almost no calories nad can really help with the munchies

Good morning, ladies. Just enough time for a quick fly-by. I'll be back really soon, I hope.

I finished R2P2VLCD10 and I'm down 1.2 pounds this morning giving me a net loss of -7.6. Back on my record, Shari!

Thanks ladies!

I finished R2P2VLCD11 and I'm down .6 this morning giving me a loss of 8.2.

There's so much info on hhcg everywhere it can get confusing.

The good news is I am wearing the smallest jeans in my closet! That's also the bad news. I really don't want to have to buy clothes at this point. I have miles to go on this trip. Not complaining about the loss though!

Shari, my loss for this week is right on track with last round's. I sure hope I don't have to do that apple day in week 4 again.

I finished R2P2VLCD12 and I'm down 1.2 this morning giving me a net of 9.4 for this round.

The first week of this round I lost 4.0 and the second week I lost 5.4. I'm ready to hit the dreaded week 3.

I had a stressful day yesterday and I didn't sleep much at all so I'm thrilled with the loss!

Thanks Sassy. I was worried this round would be harder and in many ways it is. It's mentally tougher for some reason.

I am not much into the CF. My dd has been there all day though and is STILL there. She loves it! I used to live downtown and every year I'd have to leave town! Do you ever go?
