All is well here, I've just been busy with real life stuff.

Meals the last three days have been wonky. Last night dinner was a big burger and fries; previous night was the same but the fries were animal-style from In-N-Out (slathered with their special sauce, cheese and grilled onions); then the night before that I had some double chocolate chip cookies.

I'm determined to start fresh today, but a silly yours truly didn't bring lunch OR money for lunch this morning. *sigh* I'm dropping the ball a lot lately it seems.

But, I'm still under 200 and only 2-3lbs over LDW despite my excesses (I weighed myself this morning with clothes on, boots and all, and was at 197.8), so all isn't lost.

I'm doing a bit better today: breakfast was bacon and eggs, and lunch was a bit of tri-tip. It's going to be a few days before the cravings go away from all those carbs though; best to keep myself full and try not to worry about it.

Two things I *REALLY* need to work on though: water and vegetables. Except what was on the burgers, I haven't had any vegetables in the last week. (well, unless you count the potatoes in the fries...yeah, me neither ) Need to go food shopping today rather badly, I'm getting low on all supplies!

LOL I know right?

Well this morning the scale read 193.6, which is well within my window despite, hm, more P4-ish eating lately. Heck, I was so lazy yesterday that after my bacon/eggs breakfast and tritip lunch all I had for the rest of the day was several tablespoons of peanut butter. PB is a known staller for me, but since I'm looking to maintain that's not necessarily an issue.

I will say, I'm looking forward to losing again. I think it's been 3 full weeks for me but I'm not ready to begin P2 again; maybe after Halloween, but not quite yet. I'd like to at least be back to my LDW (or below) when I begin loading; that doesn't seem much more than a few correction days away either. I'm SO happy I'm stabilizing well, despite not being all that "good", but I sure enjoyed those burgers and fries!

I'm getting set to start up a new round, probably beginning next week (after Halloween - yes, I may load over that holiday lol). Maintaining has been going well, excepting the fact that last night I had all-you-can-eat pancakes at IHOP. Only two platefulls though!

This week I need to buckle down and get back down to my original LDW, so low-carb it is! Probably will need a few correction days (I didn't weigh this morning but I've drunk 32oz of water and have yet to need to use the restroom - yay for carb water retention *sigh*) but hopefully it won't take too much. I've been maintaining at the top of my window most of this time sticking loosely to plan (with occasional splurges like burgers with bun, pancakes and ODing on peanut butter ) but I hope to be at or below LDW when I begin my load.

Well heck.

Overdosed on brownie dough (the frozen, break-it-off-and-bake kind) yesterday afternoon. I'm pretty sure TOM cravings had something to do with it but still. Arg.

If TOM is indeed visiting soon then I'll be waiting until afterward to begin my round. The goal was to get to my target weight (180-185) and quit, but starting so close to Thanksgiving... Yeah I'm not timing this so well. :/ BUT, I am doing one more round before the new year and frankly, limited diet aside, I can't wait to start losing again.

Wow. Yeah, these last couple weeks haven't been kind to me. Or rather, I haven't been kind to keeping on plan for a couple weeks.

I think I'm going to skip out on doing another round of P2 until AFTER Thanksgiving, as I have a few get-togethers between now and then I'd really prefer to not miss. I'm "maintaining" (if you want to call it that) below 200 which at the moment is enough for me but I'm not happy about it. *sigh* It shouldn't take me long to get down to within my LDW window but for whatever reason I'm getting bombarded left and right with yummy goodness and can't say no. It totally sucks, especially whenever I blame myself.

For the most part I'm sticking on protocol, but these cheats are getting more and more often. I think what I need to do is switch my mentality from P3 to P4, but not until I get down to LDW/window. But GRRRR. I swear, if I regain any of this weight permanently I'm going to kick myself repeatedly!!

Wow, this has been one crappy month diet-wise. Due partly to boredom, endulgences and a boyfriend who appreciates taking me out, I am back above 200. Abortive attempts at a LC WOE have been just that: abortive. Part of the reason was a distinct lack of easy food being available to grab and go, as well as having money and food run out at the same time, leaving me to forage and be at the tender mercy of my boyfriend's date restaurants - it's difficult to stay low-carb in a sushi or pizza place.

No excuses though, it's my fault and no-nevermind the avenues. Today is a new day: we went shopping at Costco and bought a buttload of meat so today I'm cooking it Protocol-style and saving it in the fridge. I'm also going to boil some eggs for future mini-meals. Also? WATER. I've been SO bad about that lately.

At least I'm stopping this at 204 and not 234 or 304. As pissed as I am with myself, I can do this! I have two bottles of HCG ready to go but I want to be closer to my R2 LDW first. Wish me luck!
