There is no way I could do a 40 day round! More power to you if you can do it! In fact, I think my next round will be more like 19-20 days because of my anniversary and I really want to be in P3 for it, and I can't move my start date because I want to load over a weekend with family bday parties. If my weight loss is going well, I could possibly consider doing an interruption, but I know myself and I couldn't do 40 continuous days.

This morning the scale read 206.8 which is only .8lbs over my window.

If steak day is a success today, I may be at LDW tomorrow.

Oh, btw "breakfast" today was a chai tea with ~2T HWC and 3 Splenda. The tea by itself is a bit much for my taste but mixed with the cream? Heavenly!

Tummy isn't feeling up to snuff this morning, likely due to the vitamins I took on a basically empty stomach (750mg L-carnitine, my multivitamin, a potassium tab and my probiotic/enzyme combo). I'll likely do the same regimine tonight right before I eat the steak and hopefully with something in my belly I'll have less upset.

Last night I cooked up several burgers using the ground chuck I'd bought a few days prior. So now I have a week's worth of burgers and chicken all cooked and ready to go. Dinner last night was a burger stuffed with goat cheese - AWESOME stuff although next time I'll use a bit more burger (pretty flimsy once the GC melted inside) and wait a bit longer for it to cool (melted GC, while good, burns!). I kept a bit of leftover ground beef but am undecided so far what to do with it.

Man I can't wait until the steak this afternoon! My tummy is rumbling now, probably thinking about the same thing.

Well I got a bit hungry so had another tea with 2T of HWC. I also downed about 40oz of water immediately after so I have a feeling I'll be visiting the bathroom a LOT this afternoon.

The Dude should get out of class by 3pm so hopefully we can BBQ when he gets home. I was hungry today - my tummy was telling me it needed food. Dinner is going to be good tonight, and hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back within my window.

Omg. OM-flipping-G!!!

Okay so yesterday was my steak day correction right? Had two cups of tea with HWC beforehand, then a 1.66oz (bone included, raw weight) steak of AWESOME with a really good tomato sprinkled with sea salt.

Yesterday I was 206.8 which was .8 lbs over my window.

This morning I weighed 204.4, or .4 lbs over my LDW!!!!!

Steak day loss: 2.4lbs

I'd call it a success, no? I'm BACK!!!!!

Thanks Kandi!!

I've decided, despite my faux pas with this P3, to go ahead and cycle into R2P2 this week. I have my new hHCG ready to go (and what is left of my original bottle if anything happens) so after Wednesday I'll be starting my load days. Kandi, I'll be just a few days behind you this round!

Breakfast this morning was half a burger and a chocolate cake (flax meal, HWC, cocoa, Splenda, an egg and vanilla). No idea what lunch and dinner will be but you can be sure it'll be on plan!!

Well I feel silly: totally forgot to weigh myself this morning before dosing then having my breakfast. But I intend for today to be my first official load day, despite having dosed the first time yesterday. The plan is to eat exactly the same way I ate my P3: having no care to calories and fats but keeping with very few carbs.

I dosed this morning, then about 25 minutes later I had two burger patties with 3 thin slices bacon, Chipotle Ranch and goat cheese. Good stuff but it made me FULL, courtesy no doubt of the HCG. I also drank about 20-25oz water immediately after.

I'll be sure to weigh myself tomorrow but I was so excited to start dosing again and begin my load day that I didn't get on until I'd already eaten everything.

ETA: Also had some chai tea with a bunch of HWC. I'll admit, I'm REALLY going to miss those!! I've also drunk about 50oz of water so far today, hope to double or triple that by the end of the day.

I've had a piece of chicken with chipotle ranch and mayo (I'm taking the fat part seriously, I really don't want any hunger because of not enough fat!) and a OMM with goat cheese and CO this morning along with what I previously listed. I'm off to go see a movie so am not quite sure what I'll be eating but I'll be sure to log it here.

Off to dose, then head on out. These new drops are only 3 times a day whereas my last batch was to be taken 6x a day, so I'm hoping it'll be easy to remember. Still, they're coming with me today in case I get sidetracked or don't come home in good time.

Actually the Dude had animal-style fries and I decided to abstain from them. They did look awesome though!! He'd seen them last te so when we ordered I mentioned the dressed fries and the cashier added animal-style to his order. I'm determined to, mostly, stay low-carb these load days to maximize my weight lost.

Of course, if I get invited to a pizza party gourmet-style or an Italian dinner, I'll definitely be ignoring my LC stance. Actually, I haven't eaten for almost 4 hours! I crave my fats!!!

Well it's late and I still need to eat more dinner. I had a hamburger patty with the Chipotle Ranch dressing and a cheesestick but am going to indulge in my Greek yogurt. Maybe another chai latte? It may be late but tomorrow is a holiday so sleeping in sounds divine!!

ETA: I'm a tad worried so far that I haven't been truly uncomfortable eating these load days so tomorrow I intend to ramp it up a bit. I'm positive I'm getting the fats I need, but the more the merrier with loading I'd say!

209.8 this morning. Today is my last load day, VLCD1 (if all goes well) will be tomorrow.

Ugh, can't stop feeling that yogurt from last night. It's sitting hard in my belly despite a Pepto Bismol tab and an enzyme/probiotic pill last night. So no breakfast this morning, or at least not at this moment.

I'm running a bit low on funds at the moment and may have to cannibalize some chicken I already have cooked for my first VLCD meals. I don't get paid until tomorrow then I can grocery shop (all monies this weekend have gone into getting the car running) so was wondering what the general cooked weights of 3.5-4 raw ounces of chicken usually sinks down to? I'm guessing around 2.5-2.7 myself but I never really checked.

Ugh. Tummy. Blah. Bed sounds goooood. I had this happen before and it didn't get better really until I ate, but I'm not chancing that just yet.
