Um, no. It tasted so processed to me! I haven't really eaten out much since the end of July when I started this and there was a big difference in the taste to me.

198.6, even had Chinese food last night.

Thanks girls, she is just the sweetest, happiest thing ever! She melts my heart!

Today was not so hot food-wise. It will be a true test for this whole stabilizing thing.
Breakfast: Kashi oatmeal
Lunch: leftover enchilada casserole, leftover fried rice
Snack: coffee w/ hwc
Dinner: leftover enchilada casserole
Snack: fried rice and trying to fight off the urge for yogurt.....

Aha! That explains the rice then (lucky duck - I've been craving sushi lately!). Well have fun, try not to overdo it and know you can always P3 your way back (or steak day!) if you go over that limit.

Lunch: cheese cubes
Snack: Americano w/ hwc
Dinner: 2 chicken legs, quinoa with black beans and spices
throughout the day a couple of pretzels landed in my mouth, but no more than 5 probably.

I had never had quinoa before so I just googled a recipe. It was okay, I want to try something else with it next time, it was so spicy I couldn't really get a fee for the quinoa, other than the texture.

I likes it. It has a nutty texture and is a good rice substitute (plus being more nutritious than rice). Glad you're enjoying P4!

Snack: 2 oreos, 2 ghiradelli chocolates :blush: (I was at my mom's and they called my name)
Dinner: jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese
Snack: greek yogurt w/ sf davinci

I sneaked a peak at the scale before the yogurt and I'm in a very good spot! Woot!

Well, broke or not your menu sounds wonderful!! I take it you didn't mix the broccoli with your greek yogurt?

I'm curious, what exactly constitutes an Americano? You've mentioned it nearly daily and I don't know what's in it.

An Americano is just espresso and water, so basically strong coffee. When I mention Americano, it came from Starbucks and is 4 shots espresso, water, and hwc. Only carbs are in the hwc! I don't care for sweet coffee in general

Here's my thinking and reasoning for doing P4: I have lost this weight quickly many times, never to keep it off for any extended amount of time. I would rather lose this weight once more and keep it off this time, regardless of how long the entire process takes. I have wasted too many years spinning my wheels and *for me* I think it's necessary to go through all of the steps and take my time to ensure the whole stabilization part.

That being said, the pub crawl was not kind....201.2 today. I expect to be back in my window tomorrow.
