200.6, that really seems to be where I am setting myself at this round! I don't venture too far off of that!
The weather is absolutely gorgeous today! I plan to do some house cleaning and laundry and then watch my Wildcats win this afternoon! Maybe this evening I'll take the kids to do something, it's gonna be a great day! ![]() ![]() |

I won't be doing another P2 until first week of Oct. My mom and dad are joining me and we have bday celebrations to load on! Then I will do a round in January probably when my sis will be joining me (she is currently nursing a baby).

Today was my first attempt at P4. I learned that I just cannot tolerate some things, I have had quite a few cravings this evening.
Breakfast: none really, I did eat some of the crust from DS's bread Lunch: roast, 1/2 potato, 1 cooked carrot (I think the potato was the craving culprit) Dinner: roasted chicken leg, 2 thighs, salad, berries & melon Snack: yogurt, sf davinci I have also been down in the dumps today, a Poor Me day, I guess I have much to be thankful for so tomorrow will certainly be better! |

198.8 which I am excited about but it is also thouroughly perplexing me. I am eating loads of calories and fat! Well, I think I am anyways, I don't log into ****** or anything...but when i say yogurt, I am talking like 3/4 c. full fat greek yogurt. And when I say cheese, I am talking like a whole cereal bowl full of cheese cubes. Oh well, whatever works and makes me happy and full fat dairy makes me very, very happy!
Busy day today, take both kids to their well baby checks this morning, then to my sisters to babysit her girls, then to work for a couple hours. Gonna be a great day!

If you know anything about low carb, people can often eat in excess of 3000+ calories and still LOSE weight if they keep the carbs low. That's what I did with my holiday weight: ate a clean Induction-esque diet without bothering about calories and I lost that 12 lbs in a week! (that actually inspired me to start this P2 a few days early)
Congrats on maintaining and can't wait to see where you get to this next round! |

Today's menu:
Breakfast: none Lunch: hot links with hot BBQ sauce Snack: Americano w/ hwc, 4 kernals pumpkin caramel popcorn Snack: cheese cubes Dinner: taco salad with beans but no chips Snack: yogurt w/ sf davinci I think I have a cold coming on. Ugh. I hit the Vit D3 to hopefully keep it at bay. Heading to bed now, very tired tonight. |

Wondering now if my cold is actually an allergy to the ragweed, every on FB is complaining about the ragweed. I guess that would be better than having a cold?
Today's menu: Breakfast: Americano w/ hwc Lunch: cheese cubes (need to go to the store in a bad way!) Snack through day and night: coffee w/ hwc Dinner: Cleo's Oh Wisconsin broccoli cheddar soup, added cubed chicken breast (this was really good! didn't taste LC at all!!!) maybe later: yogurt w/ SF Davinci I've really been feeling like I want to workout lately. I am going to for sure enroll in the Itsy Bitsy Tot Yoga starting late Sept at my YMCA because my kiddos will LOVE IT! And it won't be strenous enough to have to quit during my next P2. |

197.4, definitely finding on the days I drink a lot of coffee, my weight is low the next day. The hwc keeps me full and I don't eat nearly as much.
