Lol I must be weird because I'm looking forward to a steak day! I'd get the thickest, juiciest thing I can find and have the Dude grill it up for me, alongside some roasted tomatoes.

Hi Sarah, I hope you are enjoying your vacation! You'll recover quickly, I'm sure!
200.4. It really is insane how much you can eat without gaining, I am amazed! |

Today's menu:
Breakfast: 2 cream cheese muffins, Americano w/ hwc Lunch: 2 cheese stuffed portobella mushrooms Snack: 1 cream cheese muffin Dinner: Indonesian chicken and stir fry veggies Snack: I am hungry right now but a little scared to eat, dinner had a lot of sodium and I really don't want a steak day..hmmm...what to do... Note on the cream cheese muffins: They were okay. I really don't like anything made with AS, I can always taste the difference. I liked these much better cold from the fridge. Not sure I'll make them again.

Today's menu:
Breakfast: americano with hwc Lunch: turkey chef salad with Ranch Snack: americano with hwc Dinner: cheese It looks like the scale will be back down tomorrow. I have been having a very hard time with my 2 year old lately and after a very rough night/morning I just didn't have my mind straight to do a steak day. I know that's terrible of me but I tried to really be careful of what I ate today and I think it worked. |

OKay, Okay, today I'll do a steak day. 201.6, .6 over my LDW.
I guess my cheese last night wasn't a good idea (sodium) because I weigh the same as I did before I ate it. I'll choose to look on the bright side since my husband is back in town to either grill it for me or take me to dinner. |

From experience, do the steak day!! I've put it off before and ended up 8 pounds over LDW and then I was like WTH!!!! Dr. Simeons had it right - correct it immediately or it will get out of hand My mom is naturally thin and I watch her eat sometimes - if she eats a big meal she automatically eats less the next day. She doesn't even know it but I've noticed it! Once you do the steak day you'll be back in range and can relax. Plus, you get to eat a nice big ribeye!!! YUM. I always drink coffee/hwc in the morning then eat dinner around 4 p.m. - big steak and a tomato w/salt & pepper and vinegar. Good Luck! |
