You will do fine. I have still lost after I stopped dosing, guess I have an extra pound cushion now.

Thanks, Gracie! I guess I shouldn't be greedy with the losses and focus on the whole resetting my metabolism aspect. I am thinking a full P3 and then maybe a week of P4, I need to check my calendar dates and make sure I'm clear on family bdays and social events.

I still say way to go on Onederland!! I'm thinking of doing P3 and a bit of P4 until after that TOM, then jumping into a short round like I did this time. It was nice not having to worry about the inevitable gain from TOM this round, I think I'll try to hold off again.

I figure as long as I'm not in the middle of a P2 round for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I'm juuuuust fine schedule-wise.

We have a lot of family bdays in Sept & Oct, plus my anniversary is in late Oct so I want to make sure we can go to a nice dinner for that. I think my best solution right now is to load over Oct 2&3 and then do a short round to be in P3 by my anniversary Oct 25. I know you are supposed to do a minimum 23 days, but it just won't work out and allow me to still feel somewhat "normal" so I will just minimally tweak next round and do 20ish days instead. Then I will maintain through holidays and either do another round in January or just get pg and do an "official" hcg round, lol.

Today's menu:
Lunch: 7 shrimp (it's all I had left in the bag, 13 was the avg. for 100g)
Snack: apple
Dinner: chicken, tomato, grissini
Snack for later: probably a pickle, I am pretty much out of P2 foods!

I am so excited to eat P3 for tomorrow's dinner! I am going to take it easy the rest of the day and probably just eat a very small lunch. My 48 hours is up at 3pm so I will have a snack then and dinner later. Soooo excited, still not sure what I'm going to have though. I have 2 whole chickens in the freezer, so maybe roast chicken and make chicken salad with the leftovers??

Ribeyes are my favorite!!! I would choose that (and still may) but I was wanting to kind of save that for any steak days I might need to do. Although I don't think it's impossible for me to get sick of steak (especially after the P2 diet) I wanted to be safe. My husband grills pretty much the best steak I've ever had.

LOL, Kandi! They could have a cook off and we could be the judges...I'd be okay with that!

VLCD23, weight 197.6, loss of 1.8!!!! I know it doesn't techinicaly count, but that makes me so excited!!!!

My totals for R1P2: lost 20 pounds exactly, but almost more notably 25.25 inches!!!!! Most came from my upper abs, belly button, and abdomen! I carry most of my weight in my midsection so that makes me super happy!

Congrats on the inches lost!!! And YAY for being more firmly entrenched in Onederland!! I'm thrilled by the inches lost but realize I have a LONG way to go!! Can't wait to blast past these last few pounds into Onederland myself my next P2 round!!!

I've kind of cheated today, had 3 cherry-sized balls of mozzerella with my burger this morning. I plan on being very good the rest of today however; canNOT wait until tomorrow!!!!!

Way to go Katy!!! I'd say you are firmly in onederland now. Aren't the inches lost amazing? Any other time I've lost weight it would always go in the wrong places. With hcg it's all the right places!!!! Good luck in P3 - boy does roasted chicken thighs sound good!!! I might have to avoid your journal until I'm out of P2

Sarah~Don't worry about the mozzerella balls! Just think a couple days ago you were wanting to stop days early and you made it! I wasn't so strong myself today, heehee.

Gracie~Thanks for the support! I am so glad you journaled about this, otherwise I would have never tried it!

So, I didn't make it until 3pm I got an Americano with heavy cream at Starbucks in Target late morning and then went to the grocery store for some of my P3 yummies. I ended up getting a medium sized salad at the salad bar and it may have been the best salad I have ever eaten in my entire life, lol!!! Amazing how your perspective changes after 22 days of 500 cals of limited options!

After weeks of temperatures over 100, we had a nice rain this morning and it is 70 here right now! I am in heaven!!!! So with the cooler weather I decided on a beef roast tonight, the rest of the family will have roast potatoes and carrots but I will stick with the meat and roasted onion, complete with gravy made with Thick n Thin! Yum! Can't wait and neither can my dh, I haven't cooked a roast in months and I make a really good roast!!!

I'm so happy for you (and glad you read my journal )!!! Don't worry, I NEVER made it to 48 hours. I could tell immediately when the hcg left my body because I was HONGRY!!!!!!!!! But from experience, take it slow - if not you'll end up in the commode not feeling too great!!! Believe me on this one Add the fat back in S-L-O-W-L-Y!!!

Well, after the coffee and medium salad, I am completely and utterly stuffed! I think I'll be fine until dinner, no snacks needed today! I can't get over how good that salad was, and I was not a huge salad fan prior to this, lol!

Errr....I am scared to death to weigh tomorrow! I feel like I will already have to do a steak day! Not sure if it's because I really ate a lot or if it just feels that way because of how little I've been eating lately. Ugh.

Today's menu:
Breakfast: venti Americano with heavy cream
Lunch: medium salad, full fat dressing
Dinner: roast (ate some of the fat too), onion, about an inch of a carrot
Snack: full fat Greek yogurt with SF Caramel DaVinci

Don't worry too much about it. Just remember to drink your water to flush it all out (I seem to be having problems with that today ) and you'll be fine. And don't worry too much too if you're weight goes up those two pounds - you're eating more food, it's bound to happen.

Look forward to seeing what the results are for your first P3 day, I'm willing to bet you'll be pleasantly surprised!

197.8, whew! I drank lots of water last night to help flush everything. My tummy has not been upset yet, so that's good. However, speaking of tummies being upset, I have a puking 2 year old today so I doubt I'm around much.....

Kandi~Yes, I always take probiotics so I think some of us are just sensitive. No issues since last night so hopefully it's over!

Weight 198.0 (I intend to post my weight every single day to help me stay accountable)

My sister in law is having a scheduled csection today at 11:30 so later I get to have new baby snuggles!!!! Who wants to bet I get the baby bug while there????
