VLCD2, no weight this morning. I watch my nieces on Mon/Wed and they arrive before I have barely even opened my eyes, so I guess I won't be weighing in on those days.

Good day today, energy was good and no hunger! I am going to admit that I am still having one coffee drink a day with the hwc. So far, it isn't hindering me, and I'm only have ONE. If my loss slows or stops I will eliminate it.

I also notice that I am obsessed with reading recipes and cookbooks while on the protocol, for some strange reason it helps me.

You're doing great! I'm down about 8 pounds since 10/10, and I stopped the hHCG and am just doing typical lowcarb with an emphasis on calorie restriction. Still doing mostly protein and apples, and I love it! I don't have the sleeping and ketosis issues like before.

We can do this! You're almost at your 30 pound goal! I think that means it's time for PICTURES!!! I still remember that one pic you posted a while ago... I think in a bra? In my journal!

Holy crap! I forgot about that!!! I hope nobody goes searching for it, LOL!!! I can't believe I posted that, how embarrassing! My 32 year old self would NEVER do that now! At least I was skinny in it, right?

I'm glad you found what works for you! I have some issues with waking and then not being able to get back to sleep for hours, which sucks because neither of my kids sleep either, so if they aren't keeping me up, the hhcg is! What kind of hours do you work right now?

I am feeling really good, I love that energetic/euphoric feeling. I snuck a peek at the scale tonight and looks like I'll have a good weigh in tomorrow. Off to bed...

OMG, I am such a dork! I weighed 193.4 not 203.4!!! I guess my mind hasn't caught up to the size of my smaller butt, LOL!

Gracie~That pic is so embarrassing, I wish I could remember my username and password, or heck even the email I used for the photo linking site so I could delete it! It is of me when I was skinny minny (125-130ish) in a pair of running shorts and a bra. LOL. Don't go looking for it, I am ashamed I ever posted it! :blush:

You're so close to the 180s! And I'm so close to the 170's!!! We can do it! Do you know what your ultimate goal is? And seriously, can we see pics of your progress puhleeeease? I pictures.

Ugh, Pics! Not sure I'm ready for that because, to me, I look like I normally do. I weaned my son in May and gained about 20 lbs after doing so. So, to me, Round 1 was just spent losing what should have NEVER been gained, and it was recent gain. So now, I just look like I've looked for the past 5-6 years, does that make sense?

I will post pics when I get in the low-mid 180s, how's that for a compromise? I do have a family pic I can post that was taken in May (before the extra 20 I packed on). I am probably about 10 less than I was in the pic. And, Sam, I need pics of you too!

I am going to see what # I end up with at the completion of this round. I am wanting to try for another baby in the new year, so I only have this round plus one in January before we start officially trying. I was 157 at my wedding 7 years ago, I looked healthy but I think I could definitely go lower. Let's assume I lose 20 each round (which is probably a bit generous), that would put me at around 159 after round 3 and I would be A-OK with getting pregnant at that point.

I am 180.6 today!!! We're both so close to breaking that line. I'm hoping by Tuesday to be in the 170s. I know if I worked super hard today I could probably lose the .6, but I'm post-call (just got off a 30 hour shift), exhausted, and hungry. Not really wanting to deprive myself today!

Is it weird, but with my recent 10 pound weightloss, I feel like I look better in clothes, but WORSE naked? Like I feel looser and saggier all the sudden-- I know it'll go away as I lose MORE, but I'm frustrated by it!

I'll gladly bombard you with pics!

So first is me in February in Red Rocks at Colorado.
Second is be at 145 pounds.... where I think my goal should be, though I had also gotten down to 130 at one point. My boobies got small then.
Third is me in May this year, probably close to what I look like now. Though I'm about 3-4 pounds less.

Sam~Thank you, you are very sweet! And, hello gorgeous!! Of course, I am always fawning over your picture because you have such perfect skin! I think you look just perfect in that middle pic, that would be a great goal for you!

So, I totally cheated today. We celebrated our anniversary today (actual anny is tomorrow) and I had a "no holds barred" approach. Ugh, I'm going to be feelin' it tomorrow when I throw myself back on the wagon. I don't even want to weigh but I will try to before my nieces get here.

Oh, the carnage!!!!! LOL. The scale was way up to 198.4 this morning! :blush: My loaded sweet potato was worth it but nothing else was, oh well, had a good anniversary dinner anyways. Back on the wagon today, drinking lots of water to flush the water weight out.

Good morning! Today is going well, since I haven't eaten or drank anything yet. LOL Both kids have colds so lots of fun over here, at least they are both happy they are just oozing snot.

I finally did some goal setting last night and decided that my end of year goal is going to be 175. Then I will do one more round in January, hopefully getting to 155-160. My ultimate goal will be 140-145 but that is going to have to wait until I'm done having babies, and I want one, if not two, more!

So, turns out I am SICK!!! I feel like total crap and yesterday just kept getting worse. All I ate was one coffee with cream and hardboiled eggs. My throat hurt so bad I didn't want anything else. My throat is better today but my sinuses are killing me! I plan on getting some organic chicken broth to make some soup that is P2 friendly until I feel more human. The good news is that I was 195.2 this morning, so less than 3 lbs over my low from last week.

So, being sick with a killer head cold and sinus infection is pretty good for the diet. Probably a good thing since I've been struggling, a good way to get a few good days under my belt. I snuck a peek at the scale earlier and it was the same as this morning and I was dressed so I think tomorrow will be a good scale day. I expect to be pretty close to my low from last week of 192.something.

So far today, I've had:
Americano with cream
2 c. chicken broth with 1 whole egg (egg drop soup)
1 grissini

I am thinking I'm going to do the soup again for dinner but I will probably do a little more broth and one whole egg plus a white or two. I know I didn't get all my protein in today but I don't have enough eggs in the house, I should have bought more when I was at the store getting the broth. oops. I have an appointment tomorrow so I will be leaving the kids with FIL and I will have the opportunity to go to the store without the kids in tow.

193.2, down another two and one pound from last week's low. Last night I ended up doing chicken broth, about 2 oz chicken and shredded cabbage as a soup.
