I'd try to eat P3 for a day and see if that helps, then attempt a correction day. It's probably just water weight from the carbs, try not to worry too much.

Great job stabilizing though! You'll have that off in no time.

Today was not a great eating day. I can't believe how much that beer at the pub crawl affected my cravings! Ugh! Trying harder tomorrow! I also start a yoga class with the kids tomorrow so that should be fun!

I am toying with the idea of starting P2 next week sometime. I was going to start Oct 4th but dh and I are contemplating a weekend vacation with another family end of October and it sure would be nice to be in P3 for that. I will decide in the next couple of days, either way I will still get in a full P4 for this round.

Oh yeah, today's menu:
Breakfast: coffee w/ hwc
Lunch: grilled ham and cheese sandwich, greek yogurt w/ sf davinci
Snack: americano w/ hwc, cheese cubes
Dinner: 2 cheddar dogs eaten on heels of bread, small handful of doritos
Snack: 3 store bought no bake cookies :blush:

I am halfway through my cycle right now which is when I retain weight and crave stuff. I also think I need to cut back on my dairy, my acne is out of control and that is really the only thing I eat a lot of. I am now out of my beloved greek yogurt so I won't buy any this week and see if things clear up a bit. Once the cheese is gone, same story but I don't think I want to give up my hwc in my coffee just yet.

Ugh, another day with some poor choices (hello, diabolical Doritos). I have decided to load over the weekend and start P2 on Monday.

Part of me feels like I'm not ready for P2 yet, but the other part of me wants to get this ball rolling again. I will have done a complete P4 by then and I did a good job of stabilizing overall so I think it's time. Doing so means I will have to miss out on the food involved with my dad and sister's bday party, but that's okay. I can do it.

I am even considering doing P2, then a week or so interruption (to allow for my anniversary dinner and possible weekend trip with another family) and then back to P2 for another week or two. I will not decide that until I'm in the throws of P2.

Now that I've decided to load, the hard part will be not loading starting NOW, lol.

200.6, so at least that's better than yesterday and I have been in my window too. I guess I was just really liking the 190s and feel yucky now when the number starts with a 2!

I'll tell ya, round 1/stabilizing really cured my cravings and yearning for excessive/unhealthy foods. I can't really imagine eating fast food right now, I don't even want a burger or fries. I am not going to do LC load, just eat what sounds good. I am working this morning so I grabbed a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks which was totally flavorless and disappointing, nevermind that they gave me a sandwich instead of the frittata I ordered.

Just be sure to get your fats in and you should do fine. Full-fat yogurts, cheese, avocados, coconut oil, nuts and nut butters are good healthier alternatives. Who knows, with a clean diet you may actually LOSE on your load days!!

Loading hasn't been great, I have been too busy!!! So, instead of today being VLCD1, it is load day 3, VLC to start tomorrow! I am so not into loading this time around, so strange!!!!

Okay, loading is done and I feel disgusting. Nothing even sounded remotely good. I ended up eating half a container of greek yogurt and some cookies. Blah. I never thought I would utter these words, but I am ready for P2.

VLCD1, 205.6 which is roughly four pounds of loading weight. I have not been hungry at all but I am very sleepy! I am hoping I can get the kids in bed early tonight!!!

Menu:
Snack: Americano with splash of milk (already missing the hwc in a bad way!)
Lunch: french onion soup
Snack: grissini, honeycrisp apple
Dinner: chili, melba toast
Snack: honeycrisp apple

I had never had a honeycrisp apple before and I am not really an apple fan but they are sooo good! They almost taste like a caramel apple! I guess that will be this rounds tradeoff: heirloom tomatoes for honeycrisp apples!

Each round seems to get more difficult for some reason. Meanwhile we should be gloriously happy because we are losing and getting to goal. I totally understand where you are coming from! I want to do another round and get to the 160's and call goal but I can't seem to bring myself to do it!

I agree with Gracie... it does seem to get harder. But I really made me appreciate low carb eating! Before Hcg, I wished I could just eat like normal people (carby foods).. after Hcg, I was surprised to find how "normal" LC eating felt and during P2 couldn't wait for P3.

Um, yeah. I have decided to put off round two until Monday. My head and heart are not in it right now. My mom is starting on Sunday so if I wait then I will have a buddy to cheer me on and commiserate with. I will be doing P3 until then, hoping to shave off my load weight, I was 3 pounds over my window this morning.

ITA!!! I am sitting here drinking my coffee with milk instead of HWC and it is just yuck to me. I was so happy in P3, no cravings and feeling lucky at all I *got* to eat!
