Woooooow those fajitas look good! Did you order that some place or did you make them? I wonder how many places would be willing to sub in other veggies for things... I know I normally allow myself the onions, but request that they don't put tomato in mine. I think it'd be great with some mushrooms!

I was wondering where you were too! Good for you for getting and staying accountable I find that when I log everything I eat I do a lot better too... that should help you a lot! I think the most shocking thing to me (other than sodium because I unfortunately have to watch that too which is just a complete PAIN for LC ) was how much protein I was actually eating, and how quickly veggies add up!

My food logging encourages me to log ahead for the next day! I love it. I'm about to have for a mini-dinner; 14 pepperoni slices, pork rhinds, laughing cow cheese wedge(garden veggie), and two pickle spears.

I JUST had one and a half fried eggs (my hubby was proud he was cooking and wanted me to try it).

235 this morning!!!!!! Woot!! I did get obsessed with McDonald's iced black coffee with Sf vanilla UNTIL I found that it was 14 carbs for a LARGE! Not to mention 1 gram of sugar!!!! Grrrrr I didn't let me get down! I'm still losing weight though thus all that matters!

I need some advice!!! I think I want to try Fat Bombs! It sounds like something that would be good for me, because I'm so metabolically sluggish (sometimes cheese stalls me). I don't have more than one or two oz of dairy a day! Obviously I won't be doing any with dairy if I can help it.

Thank you Mad!! That fills me with pride.

I just want to say how lucky I feel that I made those fat bombs! I wanted something sweet all day! I almost went for the SF candy (which I keep for EMERGENCIES ONLY), but then I remember I had those Delicious little hockey pucks in the freezer! Wooooo I dodged a bullet!

My eating was just ok today (I had a migraine SO bad I was nauseous all day!) so I didn't really get my carbs in until the end of the day. I stayed on plan and within my carbs so I call that a win. I was still 234 this morning so I'm hoping to inch down another lb. in the morning. Although my fluid intake was horrendous (affraid of it up!). So maybe I'll just wish for a weight maintain. I don't want to disappoint myself.

I'm ordering my hubby's brand new Samsung Galaxy SIII tomorrow! Woot! I tried to talk him into an Iphone (because they are superior), but alas, the techie in him wouldn't have it! hehehehe Well tough tiddy on him if he doesn't like it. He'll have it for 18 months.

Here is my dinner from lastnight. Homemade teriyaki chicken thighs (SF skinless boneless). I also steamed some broccoli and topped it with the chicken's cooking sauce. It was great!!!!!!

I was 234 this morning! Well my morning started at 12:00, because I'm a night owl and didn't go to sleep until 6am. I am a terrible sleeper! Around 3 am I cooked (and ate) 11 oz of bacon! I had 32 oz of water also. So I think 234 is awesome for eating/drinking all that at 3am!

For lunch I had my standard fajitas from my fav local mexican place! The whole meal was 5.2 carbs! I ate a third/fourth of the fajita veggies (because they was like 3 to 4 cups)!!

LOL oh man, I just had to laugh at this because it reminded me so much of me and my SO We BOTH had iPhones up until recently, but now SO has a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I've got an iPhone... supposedly they really like the Galaxy though, so I'm almost convinced to upgrade to one eventually! Of course my iPhone is a bit outdated anyway (3GS) so maybe that's what it is

I'm still 234! I have been since 4/10. I'm hoping for a whoosh. I'm going to try upping my water intake and see if that helps. I'm not getting hysterical over it or anything, because I'm not GAINING weight. I'm just losing it veeeerrrrryyyyyyy slllloooooowwwwllllllyyyy. I log everything I eat. If I'm not down any in the next two days. I'll post everything I have! That's a lot of writing. =[ I'm feeling really good and I plan on starting back to the gym asap!
