I'm pulling an all nighter again! I had company over very late(2am). I forgot I had to get somethings for my son's school project that he needs to take to school tomorrow! So off to Walmart I went. I love WM in the dead of night. It's a little cluttered from the night crew restocking. I don't care! I get to mosey through the quiet store. I get it all to myself usually. I picked up a couple food items. I hope the Great Value sausage patties (original) are as good as the maple flavored ones from my eating past! I like the weird floppy texture! Almost like a McDonald's sausage patty. I then swung by the dairy case and got a small block of ghouda (smoked). Then I decided I wanted steak and eggs tomorrow morning so off to the meat dept I went! Tomorrow is my hubby's 35th birthday. We planned to meet at his parent's around 7. I'll take my son over earlier in the day, because he and my MIL prepare all of our special meals together. I won't be able to eat anything she makes. So I decided to make a passel of deviled eggs and take a chef's salad. I'm not too worried about it.

I've basically covered everything I've eaten today in Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. It helps with my insatiable chicken wing flavor! =D

I love the fact that the crust spreads. If you noticed in the pic the pepperoni were closer together in the before photo.

All I want to eat lately is steak and chicken wings! I don't know what is wrong with me. It's all legitimately low carb, but it's not low price. I guess I need to research cheap cuts of meat that I can barely cook (I like RARE)! Sunday I'm making my sweet hubby a crock pot pot roast (with all the fixings) for his birthday dinner! I will be eating something on the grill (steak, sausages, chicken) I'm not sure what yet. I'm going to SAMS tomorrow and see how their steak prices compare. My friend and I bought an Ice Cream maker. I know it's not induction friendly so we are making Crystal Light sorbet! I hope it turns out well!

I'm going to spend some time on LindaSue's website. I need to make more types of food before I get myself in a rut.

PS my dog is snoring SO loud I can barely hear the TV.

I hear you on the steak and wings! I have been craving both!! I also love rare meat. Enjoy your sorbet!! I love Linda Sue's site, too; so many ideas! I used up ALL of my ground beef with her recipes (and I buy a huge bulk pack from a farmer!).

Before I was back on the LC wagon. I got really obsessed with ground chicken (I made it from frozen chicken breasts). I used it in everrthing! It was my go to! When I was calorie counting it was a great bang for your buck, not to mention it's economical! I got up early to finish up my scouring of LindaSue's site for recipes. =D

Well I planned to to wake up and start a slow cooker pot roast for my hubby's birthday cook out. After I wanted to go back to sleep! Well that's not happening! This is going to be a LOOOONNNNNGGGG day for me! I got myself a steak when we purchased the pot roast supplies. It cost as much as the roast! I would like to make another roast soon that is Atkins friendly for me. I decided not to do that for the first time when I'm hosting 10 people! So what I made for them was roast dressed with potatoes, carrots, onions, red wine, onion soup mix. Garlic bread served on the side. The roast has the most beautiful fat cap on it! I will be having a big fatty ribeye, broccoli, and a salad. I might make deviled eggs too!

I did awesome!! We had pot roast, beans(my fav), two pies, and garlic bread. I didn't have any and I didn't want any! It's a liberating feeling... Food didn't have a hold of me. I had a hold on it. =) I am exhausted! Back to the grind tomorrow!! <3

My day was great! I was down 238 this morning and my keto stick was D A R K! I'm happy about all of it. =D I thought about all the work I was doing before LCing (calorie counting) and I would only be 4 lbs down now NOT 8! I'm always over shooting for everything ya know? I'm not a disciplined (usually) person so I'm trying to suppress my "I want it nows"! If I keep that attitude up I WILL jump ship. So I'm trying to change my mindset.

Onwards and downwards!

Glad you had a great day. You're really doing well.
I hear you on wanting it now. I tell myself that I didn't gain all the weight in a short time, so I won't lose all the weight in a short time. There are no quick fixes.

I weighed in today at 237! Tomorrow is my LAST day of induction (although I plan to continue on with phase one!). So I'll be 9 or 10 lbs down for my first 2 weeks! I'm absolutely ok with that number! =D It helps me 100% that I have a support person! We start back to the gym next week! We took a break to plow through the first two weeks! I'll post more later when I've got some time!

Hey y'all! I had a steak for dinner! Just steak. No sides, or salad. I've moved on (sort of) from buffalo sauce. I can't get enough steak! Thank Goodness it's protein! The only thing that's bothered me these two weeks is my lethargy! All I want to do is sleep! When will my energy kick in! I eat plenty of meat, fish, veggies, what else can I do??? My friend and I are starting (well I'm doing what I can) P90X. Wish us luck! I'm prob going to repost tomorrow that I am OVER it.. I hope not!

I'm super happy that I'm back to 236! Heck yes! We haven't done the dvd yet, but I'm pretty stoked about it! I've lost almost 20 lbs since December 31st 2013!

Great job!! How was p90x??? As for the energy, I don't have much advice except to ask if you're getting enough calories. Are you using a food tracker?

We didn't get to the dvd yesterday! We had one of our best friends over and we went supplies shopping! Between both of those, cooking dinner, and finishing up the biggest loser (season 13). We didn't get to it. I use the Atkins log app on my iphone.
