Having a great day so far! Had a big Ole diet sprite! It was delish! =D It hit the spot! =D

I am very thankful that I have a take it or leave it mentality of soda! I love love love my crystal light! I also like the Walmart equivilant of Clearly Canadian call Clear America.

I've had cheese, nuts, hot dog, and I'm packing in the veggies tonight. =D Salad and broccoli.

I like the take-it or leave-it mentality as well! Once in a great while I'll have a diet Dr. P., but for the most part, I don't. Every once in awhile, though, it tastes really good and hits the spot!

I just choked down some breakfast! =D I hate eating in the morning. I hope as I move along on this woe, that will improve.

I do know that if I have to eat salad I prefer Iceberg to the fancy romaine, or radicchio(however you spell it). I'm a super taster so I think they are too pungent. Bleck!

I'm doing well with the woe. I'm not keeping track of days or weight so that helps me to be stress free. I think I will measure on 1/04/11. Since I started on a date with 4 in it. I will keep it up. I might even weigh.. Who knows. I would like an accurate weight. BUT I am a obsessive weigher so I don't want to open that pandora's box!

So far so good this morning!

I love anything that CL makes.

Today it's raining like cats and dogs so I took a nap.. I don't think I should do that again.. Naps are supposed to make you feel good! LOL

My son helped me a TON with cleaning today! As a treat I am taking him to get a kids meal... I will be going to Sonic and get me a big ole hot dog(no bun) with cheese. YummY.

I don't want to get anyone TOOO excited, but my hands and feet are FREEZING! I am a normally hot handed and footed person! I remember back when I first started this diet in 2003. My metabolic furnace would REALLY get turned up my feet and hands would FREEZE! I also decided NOT to weigh and go by my wedding rings fitting (because they don't) and some old pants I have (because they don't)!

I am as pleased as punch with myself.

Keep it up!! I spent the entire winter freezing, and I was thinking, "YESSSSSS. It means my blubbery insulation is melting!"

I have a stressful day coming up! My mom and her best friend are coming to stay the night in my god awful crap hole of a house. My dirt ole house is something I don't like to share with peeps...It's not a hoarders house or anything, but my cats have taken a liking to peeing in the frickin' dinning room (the formal one we don't use). =( It's embarrassing. =/ We carpet clean they pee over it.. We live in a HUGE busy development so letting them out is out of the question! =|

I have a lot to do and it's overwhelming for me. But I have my hot dogs and crystal light! =D

Had a good night! We went out to eat! I had a salad and some buffalo wings! Delish! =D WOOT Tomorrow is FrIdAy!! =D My son and hubby are going camping! That means I have the house to myself for the weekend! What am I going to do!!! =D I love my mama, but I will surely be glad to get my home back to me!

I am going to be very busy tomorrow so I'm not sure when I'll be able to post again! Long day is ahead!

I think I might get myself a big ole steak.. YummY!! I need to get off here and get to sleep!

My day started at 5AM..... My early morning meal consisted of 3 sausage links, iced coffee sweetened with Sugar free Caramel Torani's with heavy cream, and a cheese stick. I took my mother to see the Dr. He scheduled her for an endoscopy AND colonoscopy on April 6! I feel so bad for her! I also asked him to please check her for Celiac Disease. After we finished with the Dr. we went to Bob Evan's for breakfast number two! LOL I had 3 over easy eggs, sirloin steak, and bacon! I washed it down with a diet coke! After I took the old coots (My mom and her bff4EVA! lol) to Stein mart and TJ MAXX (I want to call that place TGI Friday's every time!) we then went to lunch at HOPS were I had the lunch portion of Salmon with Zucchini, Squash, and Broccoli.Diet coke with that too! I had the best day full of laughs, and eating (on plan)! I didn't feel deprived. =D I haven't yet. *Knock on Wood*

I also bought MIO.. I love it! Well the first 30 mins I was scared to drink it, because I forgot what Sucralose was LOL. I'm so stupid some times. Anyway after that scare I embraced it fully... It's delicious!

I'm going to catch up on my DVR.

Good morning! Well afternoon actually, but who's counting?! I went back to sleep around 5 AM and slept until 11 when my boys got home from camping! The house is abuzz with people and I am talking to someone other than my dogs! LOL I got into a shirt I haven't been able to before.. Although, It just barely fits!

But I will take it!

I'm waiting till tomorrow to measure. I'm not expecting a ton of inches lost in 12 days..Maybe I should wait longer?

I'm off to find my inspiring stuff!
