My mama is giving me her standing freezer for my garage in return for helping her cook meals.. She's not helpless of bedridden, but she's on her own and diabetic. So cooking normal amounts is overwhelming.

I am excited AND I have to make room for it in the garage!

I made LC No flour/sugar Pancakes! My son and I loved them ! I don't think my hubby is so easy to convince! LOL He DID say they were good!

I used the SF Pancake syrup. I will eat them without it next time, because I thought they were better without it! The nutritional facts on the back said it's 5 carbs for 1/4 cup?!?!?!

Who in their right mind would eat a 4th of a cup of syrup! EWWWWWWWWWW I had a tablespoon and a half TOPS.

Doing great today !!! I've had a couple hotdogs, I made the thin and crispy pizza crust (into cheese sticks), and I have to do something with Pork Chops. WOOT

Yesterday I walked ALL Over Ikea (it's HUGE) this is a feat for me, because of my preexisting back probs! My back didn't hurt AT ALL (only had a blister)

I felt almost normal!

I think I will invest in a George Foreman.... I was thinking about getting the precooked chicken breast(I'm sure it's full of salt and sugar!) so I KO'ed that idea.

It's my first day back on the wagon. Surprisingly I haven't gained a ton of weight back! It's no excuse for falling off the wagon, but I know this is what I need. I just have to learn to stop sabotaging myself. I do it everytime.. I'm trying to do it now, in my head. "You know you aren't going to make it" "You are just a fat stupid pig who can't do anything right." Well you know what inner fat girl you can go F yourself. You aren't good for me. I deserve better.

My blood sugar is doing fine, so I monitor that only every so often. I would like to eventually cut down on the fat. In the beginning I feel like I need that fat for back up. I will be coming off sugar, and caffeine so I need something to keep me full. One less thing to worry about is what I need.

The last time I weighed I was 258. I am one of those obsessive weigher's. So I've decided not to weigh myself again for 4 weeks. I figure the first two weeks is for the water weight and then the next two will actually be some REAL fat loss. I will take measurements and post them here. I think I might do that on a weekly basis.

I really do love the low carb lifestyle and I honestly have no freakin' clue why I leave it. It's like a pair of old comfy jeans... Yeah I got them in 1994, they are completely out of date, and everyone tries to get me to throw them away. But you know what? They make me feel good and better about myself. You can't argue with that.

The new start to my blog might seem a bit darker, but you know what I always see the world through rose colored glasses. It's not being real or honest with myself. I can't afford to be like that anymore. It's going to be hard (at first) and ugly (at first), but I know I can do it..

My life depends on it.

Just watched fat head! It was amazing! Very insightful!


I did notice that the eggs I had gave me some unpleasant and unsightly bowl disturbance. =D IT's par for the course I guess. =D I'm not sure if it's due to my not having any carb/sugar and it's using my store or if it's the eggs. I am still experiencing the side effects now. I ate them at 2!

Do you really think that the diet could start working this fast?

I just love that Rebecca!!! Smart Smart Chica! We have to take what we know about ourselves and work with it **That** is what is going to be different this time (and you can tell the inner saboteur that for me, lol!!). You are a little older, and wiser for the past experiences and you are just going to do it and make it a lifestyle this time.

I know you can do this!!! This kind of happiness and satisfaction is what you deserve. This time you know how amazingly valuable it is to get there and how hard it is to stay there. You will not let go of it again!!!!!

I've posted this a couple places around LCF and I thought I would post it here as well!

I got poisoned this morning at MikeyD's. ARGH! I asked for a diet DP and she gave me a regular. I didn't notice till like the 5 sip... I was like waaaiiiiitttt a minute. Where is the chemically taste I've grown to love and expect?! I was a little bit devastated to say the least. I sucked it up and put my big girl britches on and went inside to get a new drink (refill/new cup). I just plugged on and forgot about it.

Ahhh such is life!

I just made some Sweet Tea with Stevia.... I'm not as impressed with it. It's very splenda tasting. I don't know what I was expecting, but whatever it was I didn't get it. =D

I missed LCF yesterday so much!!!

I was making dinner for my fam last night (mine was separate) and I wasn't even thinking about what I was doing. Well I tested a noodle for doneness not even thinking that it was a @!@##$@! noodle! GEEZ I was so agitated when I realized what I had done... It was an honest mistake though... I'll get my son to do the tasting from now on... It was just an old set of ways of me doing things. Yesterday was my day for poisonings! LOL Today is a new day... A cleaner day! =D I'm going to go have some meat and a veggie before we take my boy to soccer (first game)!! I just don't want to eat! BLECK! I just don't feel like eating... I'm not hungry and I just don't wanna! But I will.

I got to get going! See ya in a few hours!

The game was canceled and we went to lunch... We decided on Vietnamese... I told the owner I couldn't have sauce, sugar, or cornstarch. So we decided on veggies and meats saute'ed in soy sauce. A little salty but I eat almost NO salt so if anything I might have some water weight gain.... I am happy and I didn't feel deprived... That is really important to me. =)

I have to do House work today. Bleck! On a brighter note my mama is coming to visit! =D yay! I am about to cook some bacon and I want to do it in the oven.. Just don't know how. =D I love google. =D I want to make something else with it.. I also have to make homemade blue cheese. I think I might have a BLT salad for lunch.. I'll put some turkey meat (sandwich) on my hubby's and son's.

On a side note I'm a lover of black olives and my friend had a jar of Spanish Green Olives... I haven't had a green olive since I was very little. I tried it and it was soo salty I almost yacked! It was terrible!! How can people eat that?!?!

I have GOT to get off here and do something!

I keep having waves of nausea and I don't know what it up with that! Weird! So far today I've had cherry tomatoes with hm blue cheese dressing, and some breafast sausage links... I just got REALLY nausiouc like mouth watering.. =/ I did that lastnight too.. I just don't get it... I'm going to take a nap. =|

Hey everyone!

I'm up a bit late/early today.. I spent most of my day yesterday napping. I was suffering from a migraine.. So I ate and drank very little (because my migraines manifest as nausea and vertigo). So keeping anything down was out of the question. That got me to thinking...

So my question is this....Can I live on snacking alone? Can I be successful at LC by eating a lot of minuscule meals a day.. I'm just not hardwired to eat a ton of food at one time.

That is one of the main issues that bothers me.. I don't want to set myself up for failure if I can help it.

I just oven baked some bacon.. I ate over half of it! I'll pay for it in the long run. I still haven't slept.. I'll try to nap this morning. I really should be getting some chores done, but I hate cleaning. =) I have no clue what I am going to make my guys for dinner tonight. I want to find some not so fatty recipes for my whole family to share... My hubs and son don't have weight probs, so they eat a regular diet.. My dh seems to be sensitive to fat(bathroom wise) so I have to watch what I feed him. I would like to get some chicken wings this week and try that out. I hate spicy food. I figure if I plunge it into my homemade Blue Cheese dressing. It might make up for it. I just made a gallon of Raspberry Lemonaide from Crystal Light. Man is it good! Especially with the salty bacon!

I think bacon is my favorite breakfast meat... Link sausage is second.. Pattie sausage third!! I wonder if I can eat liver mush? I've never tried it and don't know if it contains and carby fillers.

I still have to boil eggs and do a load of dishes. Right now I am not feeling it at all!

I think I will go catch up on DVR.

Just wrapped up my cheesecake muffins and they are nestled in the fridge... I'm going to go catch up on my DVR... I was going to cook bacon, but I am over that for the night. =D I had a good day! I should drink more tomorrow, than I did today. Something I am eating is giving me indigestion. I'm thinking it might be the headache meds I took. I'll know tomorrow.
