Thank you!!!

Today is what I would call a binge-worthy day... I'm not going to though. I'm still trying to get my menus planned and scouring the circulars for where I'm going to shop. I'm VERY limited on my income so I am planning to the best of my ability! I want to start SO bad, but all I have on hand are eggs, sting cheese, and I found 6 grams a piece hot dogs (WHAT?! That is a crap load)..... I think I might try and make it work. =D Is it ok to meat/egg fast from the beginning of induction?? Will that hurt my progress?

I've got EVERYTHING planned out and tomorrow (after I eat an induction breakfast) I'm off to buy my supplies! I decided to start on SAT so I could suffer over the weekend and MAYBE deal with the LC flu then. NOT when I need to be on my game during the week.

I made "prepped" a lot of stuff yesterday! I made a dozen cream cheese muffins, a dozen mini quiche. Today I made jello and I plan to make another dozen cc muffins, and 2 dozen mini quiche (one spicy sausage for my hubby, and some thing not spicy for me!). We are eating out tonight with my FIL(every Sunday) I've decided to eat a grilled chicken sandwich and salad or bun less hamburger and salad. Maybe just a burger (bun less) and come home to steam some broccoli? =D either way I'm set up for success!

Good morning! Day three for me! I'm doing fantastic! The prepped food from Saturday has really helped me stay on plan! I'm drinking lots of liquids! Mainly water, but peppered with crystal light and diet coke/Pepsi! =D I'm making the chile relleno casserole tonight! In excited! I think I might add poached chicken to it! So far so good!

Day four has been awesome so far!!! =D I'm making my oven Fried chicken from page 11 or 12 from this journal! I'm serving this with broccoli! =D

My prepping has really worked out for me! I basically have breakfast and lunch done and I only have to worry about dinner. I'm withholding my urge to weigh! I have no idea why... *shrugs*

I tried some kielbasa yesterday that was low sugar and in it's natural casing. Bleck!!! I hated it! The skin was tough and the flavor of the meat was terrible... Although I am now obsessed with a couple of things(food other stuff) Vienna sausages, microwave pepperoni, grape crystal light(holy moly portion control problem!!)... Hehehe I'm also obsessed with looking up lowcarb stuff on Instagram.. So inspiring for me!

I also wanted to add... I attribute my water weight loss to 100oz a day of fluid. A mix of water, crystal light, and diet coke. =) Now I'm off to plan my meals for the week!

I'm here!! Doing awesome, eating all my foods I'm supposed to! I'm pretty proud of myself. I've noticed I don't want to eat out anymore! I don't know what they put in all kinds of things I'm not sure about. =D

Just on a whim, I just weighed myself (yes at 3:47 in the morning) and I'm up three lbs! Don't worry though it's literally 3 lbs of WATER! =D I've been trying my hardest to plan my meals out since FRIDAY! Seriously. Thats why I haven't posted the details yet! The problem for me is that I can't decide what to make for dinner. For just myself I could eat the same thing EVERY day of my life! I can't do that with a husband and son! I have to make it palatable for my son (he's not crazy picky BUT he is 11) and it can't be the same all the time either. My hubby takes our dinner leftovers for his lunch the next day. I'm trying not to let it discourage me, but I scouring the heck out of google. =D

Planning meals definitely gets more complicated when you're cooking for people with different dietary requirements. I'm like you in that I'm perfectly happy eating the same thing every day while DH prefers a little more variety. Our approach is a very simple one: he grills meat or poultry for himself on the outdoor grill and eats that with a starch (potato, rice, pasta) & a veg while I make soup for myself. On weekends we both eat fish he's grilled and salad & he has a potato or rice. I share your current reluctance to eat out and have for many years; I have celiac disease so can't have glutens and believe me they can be hiding every.darn.where.

I had a dream last night aka nightmare! I was in a school cafeteria line I was trying to order sausage and peppers. The lady misunderstood me and gave me the country style steak and gravy with mashed potatoes! She THEN went on to give me a double portion "because I was such a nice lady". *screams* I woke up in a cold sweat before I could eat it!

Well... Here is another horrifying event that happened in real life to me (lc wise)! I decided I wanted to make myself some SF Flourless Cookies.. NO prob right? Well I followed the directions and they came out great! Well I had a serving (I'm not going to gorge on it! That defeats the purpose of me trying to eat better!) So anyway, cut to 3-4 hours later, I had (well all I can relate it too) an attack of HUNGER and ALL I could think of was pancakes... My old self tried to creep in and told me to wait for my family to go to bed and cook myself pancakes! WTCrap! =( It was a really ugly place for me, so I went straight to bed. I prayed to god to please take those feelings away from me. This was a super disturbing place for me to be. You'll be glad to know I woke up this morning and made myself bacon.. Lots and Lots of bacon. =D I threw those demon cookies out with this mornings trash as well.. I'm not going to let an inanimate object win over me. Over want I want more than anything in the world. Sugar/Carbs aren't going to control me.

Well....Carbs controlled me... HEHEHE Halloween was ugly... I'm not so hard on myself... It was coming up on me like a freight train. I splurged and I got it out of my system... I gained two pounds, but I admit it. I take ownership and I blame no one, but me. I've got more than just a weight problem... I have a food problem. Rome wasn't built in a day, and I won't be a healthy eating, healthy minded person over night. I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I moving on and looking forward. Today I ate clean and I feel good about what I've done today.

-I've noticed people saying(me included)"The Scale isn't my friend". But really he is the truest friend. For the most part the scale doesn't lie to me.. It's straight forward and honest. That's the kind of friend I want.

- I am TRYING not to be so disappointed in me for the past couple days. My cravings were all consuming. It's a horrible place to be.

-It's my anniversary on here! 10 years, not always dedicated, but a wonderful old friend to come home too.

-I'm in the Christmas Challenge, I said I would aim for 210. I have no idea if that's even doable... I just chose that number!

-Honestly I would love to be near the low end or in the 220s!

-I need to drink more water!!!!!! I've been drinking as hard as I can... It's just not enough!

-I'm also starting back to the gym! I really enjoy using the recumbent bike listening to the dubstep pandora channel.

-I need more of a scheduled life! I'm pretty lucky to be a lazy old housewife.... So if I want to get up at 11 am everyday OR LATER... I do. No one is stopping me. That affects how much I eat and drink for the day... By A LOT!

-I think that's enough rambling for tonight.

-I REALLY miss the gym!

-Tomorrow I am starting on the down day of JUDDD. 447 cals here I come. =D

- I see a lot of broth/clear fluids in my life.

-I think I'm make some SF Jello tonight before bed. =D

-I'm going to feel bad for my family... Since I'm not eating dinner tomorrow (what I make them) and if I'm not eating it I won't put any thought into it. hehehehe Poor guys. =D

-I calorie counted earlier this year and had a GREAT success with it. I just didn't do well on 1200 cals a day... So how about 447 you ask? Well it's a no brainer! Less food less stress! For some reason piling all the cals into on daily unit (Up Day) seems more appealing to me!

-I have a crazy brain and it makes sense to me.

-I'm going to give myself a week of JUDDD, before I decide to start exercising! That's all I need is to faint in the gym!

-I'm going to do some research on low cal high fat foods (if that's even possible!)

-Music is so inspiring to me... My church's music director lobby's for me to join the choir (I'm a strong soprano). Much needed for Christmas. I just don't, out of shear laziness! I went to school for vocal performance for heaven's sake!

-Well this is all for now.
