Hey guys here's a heads up.. I'm "just" obese! I'm not PROUD of this, but I'm glad that I'm not considered severely obese. When I hit the 150's I'll be just overweight.

My face!

I also like to do dumb stuff, so I put this ridiculous outfit on and went to the gas station! My friend was very bummed and by the time we were done at the gas station we were cackling like idiots. =D

It's the incredible shrinking woman!
Being "just" obese is an accomplishment you are allowed to be proud of.
It's taken some hard work and dedication to get there.

Found my way here b/c I saw you post in Dani's journal -- this may seem like a silly question, but how do you make your scrambled eggs? They look moist in your picture. Thanks!

Hi Jayce!!

The key to a beautiful scrambled egg is to under cook it. I don't mean like runny gross, but where they are fluffy scrambled and "wet" looking. You know... Right about the point where you say to yourself, "these are almost cooked". STOP right there!! Plate them and leave them be for a minute! They will continue to cook out of the pan. Also liberally salt and pepper your "scrambled egg fluid" before the cooking process. I also use the highest fat dairy product aka cream. NO more than 2 teaspoons for 4 eggs. So for every two eggs=two teaspoons. It will take some tweaking. I didn't get it how I like it the first couple times, but once you do you won't regret it!

I was just reading a response Raindroproses left for me on her journal -----------> Go here now, you won't regret it!

I was looking at her stats under her (very coy) photo and I noticed at 203 she was a size 14. I remember (in my thinner days) that I ALMOST fit into a 14 at 170 lbs! That's almost a 35 lb weight difference! I just found that really interesting.

Also on another note I reweighed myself to take a pic for my bff. It was 229 AFTER I had eaten a half pound of bacon, 32 oz of water, and 12 oz of coffee (iced)! Maybe if I would've waited longer to eat I could've weighed 287! HAH I was way too hungry though.

Yea, I think it depends on your body type, height, etc. I wear a 16 and I'm 234 today...I can wear some 14's when I'm around 215.

You are making great progress! Way to go!

Thanks for responding to me about the eggs...I will have to try that next time.

Awww you're so sweet, recommending me and stuff! I'm still blown away that anyone enjoys reading my journal at all lately honestly.. I haven't had much to say (or rather I've been too lazy to say it!) But I'm definitely humbled and blushing up a storm right now

It's definitely an individual thing too about pants sizes, and different brands differ SO much! For instance, I'm 5'6'' and I'm an hourglass shape... depending on your height and your body shape, we could both be at the same weight and be in vastly different sized clothing. I've always found it interesting how that worked too

Have you ever looked at mybodygallery? It's really neat because it shows you what different women look like at different weights and heights. So you can see what other women your size look like, and what women your height look like at your goal weight. Really cool, and people DO differ SO much!

That being said though, you look GREAT! You can definitely see the progress, and you've had an amazing stretch of weight loss going lately... you'll be in Onederland in no time at that rate!! Great job

Just look at this! It's truly scrumptious! I was amazed! For one 6 oz breast it's .5 carbs! So for all that meat (which I ate btw) It's only 1 carb!

The official Resp is as follows:
Preheat 425 for 20 mins lower heat to 400 cook another 8.5 mins (its going to smell like it's burning it's just the stuff that fell off the chicken

The original resp called for 8-12 chicken tenders
1/2 cup of pork rhinds. I used the Salt and pepper ones from Walmart
1/2 parmesan cheese. This is also the weird fancy brand from walmart. It's shelf stable and it has the word "pungente" on it. In a yellow bottle.
enough mayo to give the breast a massage.

Just as my pics look.

Foil your pan (no need to spray it mine didn't stick)
Massage
place on pan
sprinkle the crushed up mixed together rhinds/parm on top of the chicken
I patted some on the bottom too. but I NEVER flipped it.
Cook and enjoy!!!

Yum! The chicken breasts look really good to! I'm not a fan of Mayo but maybe if I use melted butter instead it would work out just as well. Did you season the pork rind mix at all? I'm thinking that it would be really good to add fried chicken seasonings to it!

Yay, for Judy!!! Great job for taking the big step! First and foremost EDUCATE yourself on what the Atkins diet REALLY is! Most people do it on what they think it's about. NOT the actual diet! I did that too!

Now on to some weird news. I'm up three pounds?! How?! I have no idea! My diet is the same everyday! Although I did A LOT of physical activity I'm not used to yesterday and maybe (hopefully) I'm retaining water for some reason? Ohhh well I'm not letting that get me down (too much). That's the only thing that was different about my last few days.

Well I always have tomorrow.
