My HCG Journey
 
Ok, so I am just waiting for my hcg to arrive.
I am wanting to lose 60 lbs.
I may go longer than the 23 days ...we will see.

ok,so I hope my hcg comes today.
Says it has been shipped.
But it may still be to early.
My mail usually comes about 10.
And I am going to gain 10 lbs waiting om it.

Ok, so I got my hcg Saturday.
I have ate and ate.
I am no longer hungry.
So tomorrow is the day I start the 500 calories.
Wish me luck!!

My goal for this round is to lose 20 lbs and/or day jeans I have on today to be falling off!!

Ok so I guess I should weigh. I am so scared too. And I am hungry right now. So maybe I will eat something. I hope thats ok. I dont think i have to eat everything in 2 meals. But
I think today may be hard since I am hungry right now and its only 9. well not even yet.

What I can eat
 
Phase 2 - Your Food Choice’s

Start Gorging & HCG on Day 1. Gorge for 3 Days.

Breakfast:
~Herb tea in any quantity without sugar.
~Black tea and coffee are also permitted.
~You may sweeten these teas
with Stevia, a natural sweetener which is available through health food stores.
~Do not use aspartame, Nutrisweet, acesulfame,
sucralose, Splenda, or any other chemicalized sugars.
~Diabetics may eat a 1 protein item each morning to control blood sugar.

Lunch and Dinner:
~Any meat is 1 item:
~3 ounces of beef, veal, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster,
crab or shrimp.
~Make sure that the meat is very lean with no fat.
~All visible fat must be removed before cooking.
~All meat must be weighed uncooked.
~ A food scale will assist in getting weight correct.
~The meats can be cooked by broiling, grilling or boiling with no
additional fat or oils.
~A George Foreman Grill works great.
~White albacore tuna packed in water may be used.

Fruits and Vegetables:
~Fruits and vegetables from the following lists can be used.
~No more than two vegetables and no more
than one fruit with a meal.
~Fruit = 1 item Vegetables x2= 1 item
*One apple (not two small apples)
*Broccoli
* cup radishes
*One orange
* Celery
*fennel
* cup zucchin
*Handful of strawberries
*Cabbage
* cup mushrooms
grapefruit
Cucumbers
Onions/garlic
fresh peach
Green or red peppers
Lettuce
chard
2 plums (regular size)
Spinach
Asparagus
Cup cherries
Green beans
cup eggplant
cup dried apricots Cauliflower Tomatoes
(if not specified – 1 serving size = 1 normal handful)

Starches= 1 item:
The following crackers are allowed:
1 Ryvita Crispbread,
4 Stone Ground wheat thins,
1 melba toast,
1 Kavli
Crispbread,
4 soda cracker
Grissini.

Substitutions: cup non-fat yogurt sweetened with stevia may be eaten in place of one of the fruit or vegetables once per day
You may use 3 eggs (1 whole plus 2 whites) or cup fat free cottage cheese occasionally as your protein.
Seasonings: With each meal the juice of one lemon or lime is allowed. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, sweet basil,
parsley, thyme, marjoram, and most other herbs and spices are fine to use as seasonings. No oil, butter or dressings of any
kind can be used.

The 8 items allowed per day may eaten in 2 meals (1 of each: protein, veggie, fruit, starch) or spread out through the day. But 2
of the same items (i.e., 2 fruits or 2 proteins) may not be eaten together at the same time.
**Remember only 8 items may be eaten each day…

I am on VLCD7 and just want to encourage you ! I want to lose about 60 pounds, too and haven't decided if I will go past the 23 days or not, either. So far I have lost 8.6 pounds !!

By now, you probably know you do not have to eat everything in two meals. If you feel hungry, make yourself some tea - this really, really helps me. Also, if I feel bored, I will watch a vlog of othe people on HCG on youtube - I am a visual person and seeing someone else encouraging me helps out a lot.

Ok, so i was hungry today!!

But i made it!

I didnt eat off plan probably just to much.

I will do better tomorrow!!
I am hungry though!

How long were you all hungry for?

I peeked at the scale and I am less than I was this morning. I guess this is in the right direction then!!

223.6 this am. So didnt want to put that in black and white!

Today is Day 7 for me and I am finally NOT feeling hunger between meals.

Make sure you pick up some hot tea - it sooo helped me whenever I felt a little bit hungry. I never had more than 3 cups a day so I wasn't all that hungry.

Great job!!! How is your hunger today? If you loaded good with LOTS of fats you should not be hungry for long. Maybe you'll experience some head hunger but reach for lemon water or herbal tea and see how you feel. Are you using hhcg drops or spray? I know we can't say what kind but you can tell me drops or spray. Don't worry, once you get the hang of it, it becomes easy. I would think this round you should be able to get to onederland!!!

Hey, Dessa can't post here anymore, but she started at around 252 pounds and now she's at 221 - she's lost 30.6 pounds so far! She's rockin' it and you will too!

I am back from seeing my friends baby. I got to hold him today!!

They took him to get a MRI today while I was there. And they said the reason for it was maybe swelling or bleeding of the brain and mentioned hypotonia.

Please keep him in your prayers.

i did good eating today. Not very hungry suprisingly.

Its weird not to have much hunger. Not much craving either. But I am only on day 2. I may crave the more and more days I am deprived. Dunno...we shall see!!

No hunger is great ! I can't imagine you will get any cravings (except maybe when Aunt Flo comes to visit) but it is easy to get bored. It's good to change things up so you don't.
