Today's wight 212.4

That made me happy that it was going down.

I still want to get back on hcgl.

I think I might order some new hcg.

I just need to get started. I may order some new and start back when Gracie does at the firstof Aug.
I thought after the little ones were out of school would be a good time. But then I am keeping them busy and hcg wouldnt be to good or easy on this kinda schedule. Then I got sick (I seriously think we had whooping cough). I am still coughing. But nothing can do about it except let it take its course.

ok, so today is VLCD1!weight...????
I gave dh a list of each 4 sectins of food...meat, veggies,fruit, and themelba toast. I told him to choose one from each....he came with more than one...lots of choices..and i will weigh tomorrow am.

ok, so I am back. Read through everything I wrote.
I did good losing but I need to get back on it.
And I really think I had whooping cough...and come to find out last year they had a big outbreak of this stuff. That is probably the longest I had even been sick and was aweful.

Anyways, I ordered some HCG should be here today or tomorrow.
Has anyone ever had their HCG shipped in ice??
Well my mom actually ordered some for us both and they said that they only ship M T and W and they must ship it in ice that if i got warm it lost its potency???
