well I didnt do to good this weekend.
I didnt eat that bad but off protocol and carby food.
I know I am going to be up on the scale tomorrow.
But I am gonna drink tons of water the rest of the night.
And back on plan tomorrow! I was doing so good.
it was just easier to eat what everyone else was.
Not really craving or wasnt starving.

thanks!! i finally weighed. up 1.8. owell on plan today.

My little one is not happy today. about all i am getting done is holding her .

THanks. She is playing right now so that is good!
This little tooth made for a bad for her.
She just wanted to be held, lots of yucky dipaers, and she took a 3 hour nap!

Yeah, and that last sentence didnt make much sense now did it!!
That was a VERY long nap for her.
A hour is usually a long nap for her.
Yes, I didnt sleep the whole time. I eventually started waking up.
But it was a GREAT nap and rest!!

hi GIRLs!!

I was not home yesterday.
I did not even get on the computer yesterday.
I did not weigh yesterday.
I did not take hcg yesterday.
I was not on plan yesterday.
I am not going to get depressed about it (think I already am)
I will not let this get me down.
I will not stay off plan.

So, now what to do to get back on plan. Is this a interuption?

Just start your vlcd's again, no biggie. You may have a nice big gain though because of eating off protocol. It takes the hcg 48 hours to get out of your system so if you ate while dosing you added 2500+ calories by hcg to your body. Just dose today and eat vlcd - the weight will come back off.

hi guys! i am on day 1 of the hcg diet protocol. i am going crazy trying to figure out what to binge on. how do you have high fat and not high carb along with it? any suggestions? i think i've got tonight's dinner down okay: cheese burger with bacon and avocado, no bun. uggh! i want to make sure that i do this right. i'm on for 40 days (37 days of shots) and want to lose a total of 50 lbs to get to my goal weight. i know i won't lose it all this round but hope i can lose most of it, as i hit the big 4-0 just 3 weeks after i finish this first round. Anyway, any suggestions on what high fat foods to eat?? please?

I ate some carbs while I loaded all 3 times. Here's some ideas:

chocolate covered macadamias or almonds
ice cream
cheesecake
cream cheese muffins
cheeseburgers
pizza
alfredo sauce
eggs,cheese,bacon, sausage, gravy
sour cream
fried chicken
McDonald's
donuts

Eat anything you are really craving or love so you won't miss it. Really EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT!!!! It will come right back off the first few days.

ok, so I am not on plan yet.
I should be.
My moms birthday is today. We are having dinner tonight.
I havent really ate much these past few days of I have been of protocol.
I think this has helped me get my eating under control.
I did weight today. I was at 214.
Honestly, I may just wait and start Monday.
That is easier for me and more likely that I will stay on protocol.
I want to lose another 14 lbs soon!!
Most of it hopefully by mothers day!

Are you still dosing while not eating on protocol? If you are going to eat off protocol until Monday you would be better to stop the hcg because it is releasing all that extra fat into your body, you know? Good luck with whatever you decide!

No, I havent taken them for a couple of days. I am just not eating much.
I will start back Monday!! I was doing SOO good. I am not sure what made me go off.
I think the lack of food. It was just easier to get what everyone would eat when buying groceries. When I had a certain dollar amount to spend I got what everyone else would eat. I went to Walmart the other day when dh got paid to get me some stuff and the chicken was way more than the grocery store. And the strawberries had white stuff growing on them.
I can get more stuff for me this weekend.
When should I start back the HCG stuff. Monday morning? And eat at lunch time.

Hey girls!! My weekend was good. Eating wasnt to bad. Even made it through my moms birthday.


Today I start back on the protocol.
My weight this morning was 215. Not bad. I have to stay on plan. Dh family is doing a weight loss competition. We have to weigh in again on Sunday~Mothers Day.
So, I am hoping to lose another 5 lbs by then. That will be 13 lbs. I dont like that number so we will go for 14

Money is the prize. Not sure howmuch though.

I havent weighed today.
My throat hurts.
Katelann was up for about 3 hours last night. I finally went back to sleep about 5 only to have to get up early to get Tylar and Connar ready for school.
