Vlcd25: Well, I did not weigh this morning becuz... I left my scale at work for the other ladies to use on yesterday. And, by the time I arrived this afternoon - I had already eaten my breakfast, snack, + water. However, I did take a peek, and had released .2 So, I will take that for now. I can't wait to see how I do tomorrow.

Vlcd26: I released 1.6 pounds overnight. I feel great today. My family and friends are doing wonderful too. One of my besties is down 17.4 in 14 and the other is down 12 in 7. I have a total of 20 folks on the protocol as we speak! HCG is the bizness...

Today is going well. I have grown to love spinach and look forward to eating more for dinner tonight. Yum. I'm not able to find honey crisp apples in the market anymore. I'm freaking out b/c those are the ONLY apples I enjoy eating. Someone mentioned Pink Lady's, but they don't compare to my honey crisp. Ugh! I'm so sad...

Wow..you got them on a protocol mission didnt you!!! I've thought about doing it from time to time over the last few months....havnet yet decided on it but more the decision leans on the fact that its kinda pricey.

I'm glad that you are back...I was wondering about you over months. Hows' the baby? Is he big yet?

Hi Olivia. I recruit almost everyday (lol). You should give it a try. It works! Christian is doing wonderful. He is 7 months and well over 18 pounds. My husband and I are thankful for how far the Lord has brought our child. He is truly a blessing.

Vlcd27: No scale results today. I will weigh in tomorrow and post my results. I'm sure it will be a huge release - for I always release BIG! This is the longest I have stayed on protocol and I'm quite confident I will make it to the end of 40 days! I have people in my immediate circle watching, which is great! It helps me to stay on point. I love it.

Today has been a very busy day at work. I'm home now and still working. My dining room looks like the daggone post office. Ugh! Off to straighten up and then prepare for dinner. More spinach tonight. Yum.

I took a 7 day interruption and now I'm back on plan...released 2lbs overnight. I recruited more folks in my area, including a young MD that wants me to coach her along the way. How cool is that?! - Oh, my poster child is now under 400lbs!! This has literally changed her life! No gastric bypass surgery for her! She is sooo thankful. I love her attitude...she doesn't complain about the foods. She follows the protocol as written and is reaping the benefits. Straight up!

I will be back with an update and pics.

oK researched it some more last night and it is def. looking like something I will be starting very soon. I do have a question that either I was not reading correctly or just didnt get. Rounds, How long would be a decent round time to start with? and I'm still abit confused on how you do phases. Ok..so I'm already confusing myself again..lol. Would you mind explaing what a typical round entails???

I released 4.4 in 4 full days since being back on the protocol. I hit a all new low this morning and I feel wonderful. It's downhill from this point on. During my lc journey, I soared through the 180's and 170's effortless!! I'm sure the same will happen while on the protocol. I'm excited... I will be at goal by the end of April. Woot!

I have been SUPER busy with life... and I had to take a break from the protocol. However, I am back on hHCG and losing well

This short round ends May 5th. I took pics. I will post in two weeks.

The Biggest Losers Challenge I coordinated at work ends on Thursday. The winners will be announce on Friday during our ceremony. I pray I am in the number

. The cash pot is at $280!!

I am doing well today. I have discovered a love for gratefruit this round. I find that I am less hungry after I consume one for breakfast. I feel great today, and I'm sure I will release a BIG one in the am... I'm focused.

Today is my last day with my contracting firm...I start my new fed gov't job on Monday and I'm going shopping to purchase a BANGIN suit to wear on my first day! Can't wait
