brekki,,, egg substite..x 2..and 1 slice rf american cheese.. 110
lunch.. lettuce.. 2 cups shredded.. 3 slices tom..2 slices of onion.. 1 can tuna in water.. with lite ranch dressing.. 127
Dinner.. 3 oz steak..3 oz burbon chick...1 med baked tater..with butter.. and bacon bits.. 1/2 cup..green beans.. 6 brussels sprouts...about 2tbsp cream cheese iceing..( if that) and the inside of a peanut butter pie...

1021.... if I dont wanna call this a free day.. I need to eat soemthing else..

D- yes.. I worked in a dealership. that closed and now i work at an auto auction. called manheim auto auction. i am a title clerk there.

M- you are being so good on your free day! i guess just because it is your freeday doesn't mean that you have to go all out.. but you are being really good!

Thank you.. I am sure all free days wont be so good.. but I wanna try my best not to go over board.. .. although that was a high calorie meal..

ok.. so I ate more food.. made it 1401 calories.. so.. today was NOT a fee day.. .. hmmm maybe tomorrow for lunch..

gonna go try the wii fit so Kayden will hush.. then go to beddy bye...

It was fun what I did.. lol.. but.. it weighs me heaver then my scale..like by 5 pounds..

but on the up front.. it tells you what age your body is.. and it said 46.. I am 42.. I was expecting it to say 60 something .. so that's good.. and the BMI was more then what Dave said I was.. by 2..

Morning everyone..

I made a tasty brekki this am.. 1 arnold's bread. 1 turkey patty 1 eggs sub. and a slice of rf American cheese .. now to go tally up the calories ....

bbl.. I already have my laundry started.. when that's done.. I am gonna head to the GYM.. just to tan I think.. I believe I can take kayden with me.. he can watch TV there on the couch while I do that.. .. then to the store to get a few grocery items..

soo.. I'll bbl

sounds like a fun day so far, M! My Wii tells me the same thing but after it says oooooooo if i listen really carefully, i swear it says , That's obese!

Well.. no Dongs today D..lol.. but I think I am taking this day for my free day.. if my stuff doesn't add up.. but I think it will.. I am gonna make biscuits and gravy,,,, but I am using soy milk and reduced fat biscuits.. and wheat flour.. so it has to be better for us.... I just hope it taste as good as regular.. gonna make bacon too ..

I just need to plug it info ****** to see..

I just read in my Mag... Kashi has a frozen pizza high in fiber and lowest in fat... hmmm might check that out

well I am pretty sure thuis was my free day.... I need to tally..

1910... yep.. my free day,,,..

The gravy, I didn't think was a big deal being made different.. everyone except Kayden said it was different.. and not my usual.... so we gave it to the dog.... the left overs that is..lol..Wilber liked it..

I do , how ever feel like a slug..that was a heavy dinner.. then dessert.. ugh.. I like eating less calories.. ..

I could have done so much worse if I had let myself.. but this is still about control.. free day or not..just a little indulgence.... I'm learning..

I keep telling D I have a comprehension problem.. I have to do things over and over before they "stick".. maybe.. just maybe its gonna stick this time..

ok no maybe.. It IS!!!

tomorrow back to normal.. I love that its normal now..

then VACATIONNN.. 2 days off.. but I will not be going over board either.. ..

well I am gonna go to bed and watch some TV then fall asleep.. and snoooozeee..

I'm sorry dinner wasn't up to expectation . . . Bummer. Glad wilbur liked it, though.

you should sleep good with a belly full, that's for sure.

I have a dr's appointment with psycho lady tomorrow . . . then I have to talk with a friend about some issues they're having, but I'll be at the gym at 7:30pm, Lisa.

yip.. we'll just be away over night.. but I am sure I'll be able to post Sat night.. dh and ds both have lap tops.. . and we are giving one to dd for her graduation .. so surly one of them will let me say hello..

TGIF everyone.. I don't get to be all excited about that to often.. seeing as I usually work on Saturdays..lol.. but I'll get 2 off this week..

I hope to finish my lil dress I've been working on.. well finished and didn't start.... there are just not enough hours in a day I tell ya.. I know.. excuses excuses...

and I plan to chillax a bit and TRY to get the hubs to do so..lol.. that will be like him letting me pull some teeth....he doesn't know the word CHILL..or relax... let alone chillax....

part of me wishes I was like that.. could be why he is skinny and I am a lard can..

ok.. gonna get for now.. may watch my soap here at work while its not busy..

oh no.. but it also depends what you have for those calories.. .. like lunch.. was 223 calories.. but I had a huge helping.. I made a tuna casserole using tofu noodles.. 1/2 cup ff mushroom soup.. 1/2 cup peas.. and a can of tuna.. tuna and the noodles have high protein.. makes you feel full

Your welcome. Just as a reminder, now that you're lifting, I would HIGHLY suggest that you aim for our original calorie intake of 1500. It was never supposed to be at 1200 or there abouts, but 1500 with some wiggle room. I've not said anything because you weren't doing weight and cardio workouts, but now that you are . . . well, you know . . . 1500 is where the aim should be, not 1200 or 1300. Of course, it's ultimately your decision.

how about .. the nights we go to the gym.. higher cals..?? and on the off days.. lower.. but not past 1200?
