Some people (like me) don't like these exercises because of the strain that is put on the back which could result in bulging discs. NOT good. I have yet to meet a "newer" trainer who will allow their clients to do these. The old timers like to do these, but they really are dangerous.

I lose, I'm motivated. I gain, I feel like throwing in the towel. And of course, that isn't an option, so I keep plodding along. I feel like I'm going in circles.

I am home from the gym.. boy did D work me out.. it was cardio night..

10 minutes on bike.... 20/10.. 10 minutes on eliptical...20/10... then treadmill.. 20/10... then elliptical.. 20/10..then treadmill.. then the bike again.. then 5 on bike to slow down..... I sure worked up a sweat,,,,.. then 5 in the tanning bed.. because I am light skinned and will burn.. .. all in all good night..

now I am finishing up y dinner.. had to leave in a hurry.. then I can have dessert.. cause with dessert I am at 1270 calories.... D how much of that did I burn off tonight??? 500?

Jillian's coming on in 10.. sooo.. I need to hurry..

Wow.. you did have a workout! I bet D would make a great personal trainer! She sure has an understanding of what we need and she is a great inspiration..

Monet, congrats on making it through the whole workout. And I am glad you got to tan..

You can say we went "around the world" the world with the cardio tonight. The only thing we didn't do was the stair stepper, but I don't want your heart to explode . . . yet.

The hubs is in there grazing..... first he has a peanut bar.. its a really chewy granola type bar with peanut butter on it.. NOW he just heated up cinnamon roll pop tarts.. they smell good.. .................................................. .................................................. .................... BUT NOT AS GOOD AS I WANNA LOOK AND FEEL!!!...

OMG, Lisa, Plug your nose! hehehe.... I know how you feel.. my DH is sitting next to me eating a HUGE bowl of coffee carmel fudge ice cream... I just ate a 3rd pork chop. That will probably show up on the scale tomorrow.

Since we have the one free day and then Sat & Sun as free day's also, I plan on using Fri, Sat, & Sun as my days. What I'm going to have I have no clue. But since it's a free day, I will freely do whatever it is my heart desires.

Workout Thursday . . . You've got to be kidding, right?! That will be 7 days straight of working out for me and we planned on working out on Friday as well . . . ummmm . . . that's not good. Remember, rest days are just as important as working out days. You've got to recover or you could get injured and fatigued and it will take longer to recuperate. So nope . . . no workout on thursday.
